Ren showing his versatility here. The Swiss army knife of Music. I love how he lets the backing singers shine too. Put together in 10 days. Ren channelling his inner Sting, apparently he's a big fan.
@@mstewart109 I think his next Album will be more singing/instruments & less Rap. When you mentioned Frank Sinatra 'Fly me to the moon' comes to mind! A vinyl is not much good to me as I don't have a record player.
This was (another) brilliant ReNtake (retakes are basically Ren putting his own spin on songs he likes with mashups, rapping over them etc.). Just Ren doing Ren things. Crazy runs and harmonies, filthy bars to remind us that he is also still a cheeky boi, and that voice that’s perfect for Sting/The Police songs. Ren has music in his soul and pours so much soul into everything he does. And you’re still only scratching the surface! So much more to blow your mind. The Ren rabbit hole is deep and wide, but every part of it is worth exploring - including the bands Trick the Fox and The Big Push.
Love your delighted reaction. The Nas call out in the rap previews his next release. Which was the Nas Halftime retake. The previous release was Fred Again Mashup included 5 songs ,including Ain't No Love in the Jungle, which previews this edm song by Jungle! Such a clever boi!. I vote Fred Again Mashup. Or Chalk Outlines live with Chinchilla.
The Fred Again mash up is just gorgeous and IMHO shows more voice depth just because of how simple the setting is.. Ren, acoustic guitar and go... it's one of my favourites but then my favorites list shuffles depending on the day lol 🙂
Your positive energy is infectious! Please don’t ever apologize for going back and listening again... we love it! Some cool rap would be The Hunger but am happily waiting for whatever you choose 😂
Seems like you want more singing Ren - Chalk Outlines. However another fun one mixed rap and singing is Humble ft. Eden Nash - she is amazing on that track!
If you love the quotes Ren does, you should listen to Losing It, it will blow your mind. I'm not really into rap, but it is one of my favourite Ren's tracks. Also, you picked up on the politics side, listen to the Money Game trilogy and Money Ties. Let's just say, Ren isn't scared to speak his mind! Singing wise I'd go for more his busking side and collabs with his band The Big Push, Sam Tompkins, and Chinchilla. Definitely listen to The Police, the very first tape (yes tape, I'm that old!) I ever purchased as a teen was by them ... and Sting (lead singer). They are one of our great British artists ... and Sting is a huge inspiration to Ren.
He is VERY special……..talented, gracious, etc, etc, etc……one of a kind 💯 Renegade yet? 😂 Here for the ride 🎢 Check out The Hunger, Losing It, Seven Sins, Hold On, Money Game 1-3, the Tales of Jenny & Screech/Violet - full vid…..some of my favs. Also his collabs: w/Chinchilla - How to be Me; w/Sam Tompkins: Earned It/Mans World; The Big Push - I Shot The Sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip Hop (one w/red suspenders); Trick The Fox, w/Webby - Baggage. Then you can go down thier rabbit holes too; all superb artists in thier own rights. A rising tide lifts all ships. 😉 He has sooooo much more - honestly, there is not one bad choice….everything he does is a hit --way too much to list. You truly have not even touched the tip of the iceberg. 💖
My personal favorite Ren track is his Fred Again Mashup. I look forward to when you watch that one. It's another melodic one (no rap at all in fact lol)
"talk is secondary, first my specialty, naughty bars on a take down" - 100% I think you might like Power, Chalk outlines (live), How to be me (live), Murderer, Fred Again mashup, Castle of sand - and also The Big Push (a band where Ren is singing). From there I would recommend the live versions of I shot the sheriff/Road to Zion/Hip hop, War pigs, and Paint it black.
Ooo what you gonna do next? Fantastic rapping? The hunger, losing it. Genesis, or fancy a laugh? Love music parts 1-4 , busking? Try his band the big push, or maybe another beautiful vocal performance,Fred again mashup. And that's just the start🤣
Been listening to Ren for 2 years and i am still stunned at the many sides/genres/talents he has. One of my favorites is "Ready for you" or anything from The Big Push, a band he was part of. ❤❤❤
One of my absolute favorites of Ren's. Soulful Ren, as smoooooth as Butta' here. LOL Plus, Ren kills it with a Sting (The Police) song or a Bob Marley song. Reggae Ren, Rap Ren, Rock Ren, R & B Ren...the list goes on and on... Love love love the beautiful backup singer's voices as well. Ren just blends so perfectly with them! ❤
You should definitely react to the original Message in a bottle by The Police if only to A. Know some musical history and B. Notice how Ren's voice is similar to Sting's. The Police and Sting were up there with the likes of Queen, Elton John, among many others in the 70s and 80s who were legendary.
Man, you need to check out The Police and Message in a bottle. Not only is Police and their singer Sting Iconic, but they also are a huge reference on Ren. Roxanne is another one that is fire and that you will find referenced in a different Ren Song. Have you checked out Slaughterhouse, his latest? Brain fog here. I don't remember!
More singing, I would highly recommend Fred Again Mashup. Also Wade in the Water with the band he was in called The Big Push and other songs are awesome. The band is 🔥
You will find out every song Ren does will sound different, even his rap songs sound different ... He was in The Band The Big Push (very talented guys) Ren does his own songs, but he loves to take a artist or song he loves and work it and make his own ,,, Ren does live so well .. Watching his busking videos ( street performance ) is awesome ,,, I do not listen to rap until Ren ,,, He can do it all ... I love his singing and piano playing best but love all Ren and Ren has introduced us to some very talented artist along the way, just adore Sam Tompkins ,Chinchilla, Romain Axisa and Gorran Kendall work to ...
Ren at his best. Personal favourite " Penitence " Ren with Molly McKinna and The Big Push ( Ren lead singer) " Precious " maybe a more popular request should be the classic " Fred Again Mix "
Fred again mash up another singong one. Plus a lot of good busking sessions on line with with The Big Push or Chinchilla. To go in the opposite direction maybe Seven Sins.
Your content is rap and more rap. I'm probably not staying. I enjoy variety. Especially with Ren you will get variety. Man is brilliant artist. Will see if Ren changes your genre lock in. ❤😂. This song back on 74 is by jungle.message in a bottle is by Sting ❤
if you not done Ren friend Sam Tompkins you should do him Lose it all live hero live at hammersmith apollo dead to me see me Hi my name is insecure Phone in heaven someone else also Ren and Sam Tompkins busking doing Earned it /man world/falling

He is a huge Sting fan. Loves Frank Sinatra Elvis and standards. Hope he will make a vinyl of standards.his voice is so versatile.

Bit of brew dog Lost in a birra morretti nicked from pub. Very relatable 😂
Fred Again Mash up next, if you want another live one....
Nas retake or Fred Again mash up are both good follow ups for this song
Your positive energy is infectious! Please don’t ever apologize for going back and listening again... we love it! Some cool rap would be The Hunger but am happily waiting for whatever you choose 😂
❤❤❤ Love this one.
It's such a vibe.
The original by Jungle is a really cool track, but I actually prefer Ren’s slowed down arrangement. He just knows how to elevate music ❤
Seems like you want more singing Ren - Chalk Outlines. However another fun one mixed rap and singing is Humble ft. Eden Nash - she is amazing on that track!
More singing? Fred again mashup is great. If you like an old school vice, i also love “oh my woman” by the big push (his old band)

Definitely agree with this suggestion! Listen to Sting and then listen again to Ren ❤
Message in a bottle is from sting/the police
Enjoyed watching with you. Let's have more Ren! Thanks x
He is VERY special……..talented, gracious, etc, etc, etc……one of a kind 💯

I think you should check out all 4 of the love music tracks. They are all incredible. Think it's right up your alley. Great reaction btw bro
My personal favorite Ren track is his Fred Again Mashup. I look forward to when you watch that one. It's another melodic one (no rap at all in fact lol)
That was the best breakdown of his rap rift I've heard, THANKS!!
I'm off to check your channel to get some more CYA later.

Please don’t worry about pausing!
You should really check out the Tale of Jenny and Screech. Also, his band THe Big Push has amazing covers and originals as well.
Fred again mash up another singong one. Plus a lot of good busking sessions on line with with The Big Push or Chinchilla. To go in the opposite direction maybe Seven Sins.
❤❤❤
You might try "Fingers" by Chinchilla who has worked with Ren...
