Hey! I would say it depends on your body type. If you’re on the skinnier end, the extra small might be good if you want a more tapered look. However, if you have a more average or bulkier body type, I would definitely recommend to go with the size small.

Typically i've only seen issues with the pants getting loose around the knees if the pants are thin and made solely of synthetic fabrics. I haven't had any experience with that being an issue, especially for the ones I ranked higher in this video
