    I have been essentially using exercises told by you they have benefitted me very much. I appreciate it and may God bless you. I am much better but still there is some pain. The pain is to wards inside part of the knee and it is just below the knee cap. I am told by artheopedic surgeon it astheoathrtis. Any suggestions/advice will be appreciated. I am 85 yes old and live I Michigan state of usa. May God bless you again, my name jagan n pasrija and I do see your videos thanks. Incidentally it is my right knee joint

    Sir very easy exercises to do daily. My knee pain reduced by more than 75% after doing the exercises. First it was very difficult for me to walk easily. But now the pain is gone. Thank you for your online videos.
