I've been known to destroy lobbies using the Battle Axe. Instead of trying to be pro or anything I just go berserk and take my frustration out on people using the Battle Axe.
Used to be a greatsword main until I used the Battle axe and I've never went back. It's been my fav weapon for the last 6 months for sure. Nothing like landing a heavy overhead feint with it and just pushing people's shit in.
In 1v1 battle axe is the best, you just have to bait a slash to get in close and once you’re within range it’s over you’re faster AND stronger in almost every two handed exchange.
Hello Stridah, thank you for this great video as always !! I was wondering how you got both counter repost at 1:13. To me it looks like both enemies attacks were slashs while you extended the counter repost window with an overhead. How did you not get hit by the second ennemi slash ? Thanks !!
because he linked his 2 attacks into 1 stream of an attack that repose into left swing fainted and turned into an over head caz its linked via faint the repose ( parry) will carry over as well it comes in super handy for fighting up 3 enemies at 1 time that repose makes u inderstructable for 1 second to incoming attacks even from other players who u didnt repose off of i feel like i explained this like crap but i hope it helps
@@Mkeksim Does it even matter that its a heavy attack? He countered the first slash so gets autoparry which carries over after feinting to an overhead no?
If you are newish to the game and use the dane axe a lot, you will never improve, its just too good and too easy to use. You will only learn how to do slash + block and get destroyed when facing even a bit more experienced players.
Yeah this wep is a great all rounder. 2 shots everyone, fantastic drags and is a little quicker than you might think to accel. Extra shield damage is a nice cherry one top.
battle axe is very very very good when used right another weapon that i unexpectedly claimed souls with was the hammer from the engineer class and the spade they wreck and i dono why or how XD spade is so so fast the medic with 1 handed is so fast and nimble its my fave class atm for being a ninja

Polehammer, I don’t see many people use it but the heavy stab does 90 damage which can 2 shot pretty much any class

As far as i know if you countered an attack and the next incoming attack is heavy, you don't need to match the type of attack

Quick question does your armor get stronger as you level up close to 1000?
Once you’ve unlocked all the weapons through class levels, your real level has no effect on your gameplay but cosmetics.
Do it with a archer and end up at 60/0.

Nah. War axe is good don't get me wrong but an experienced battle axe user will win the battle almost every time.
I prefer war axe over any other cause of it's look. This axe is so glorious and massive, I especially love it after I bought the Royal Winged axe skin
