Hi, I recently started using A1111 and in general using AI for graphics and getting really good results (mainly thanks to your channel). do you think I should now move to this platform or stick with 1111 for some more time? Also my mom got into it and she wants me to install SD on her pc so I’m wondering witch platform is better to start with…
I think the interface of a1111/Vlad is my main recommendation for now. ComfyUI is more for people that know they want a node based system. It's more time consuming and less forgiving. There's also much more content and guides for a1111 on TH-cam. The end results will be similar! 😊🌟
When I unzip 'comfyuiManger.zip' into the 'custom_nodes' folder, the first time I run ComfyUI is okay. However, after closing ComfyUI and running it again, an error occurs. This looks like something I should be using, but I just don't see anything new here. I can do all this on the basic stable diffusion ui including loading settings from pictures.
Im thinking about switching from automatic1111 to ComfyUI mostly because I feel like from the videos ive seen it produces better animations in animatediff but im also learning more and getting a lot better using Defourm.. any thoughts on if I should switch or not?
The manager is broken for me, double clicking the new bat file inside custom nodes does nothing and installing the previous folder structure always opens to a blank list upon clicking install custom nodes, it's very frustrating
I'm confused, why doesn't my ConfyUI have a "Manager" button in the queue node? Also I'm not able to drag that node around like you do....maybe my browser??? I'll have to experiment a bit. Otherwise love your video.
Is there a way to run Automatic1111 or ComfyUI locally with ControlNet while abstracting the Stable Diffusion layer using an API to Hugging Face? The idea is to run the user interface (Automatic1111 or ComfyUI) and ControlNet locally on my machine while offloading the heavy lifting (the actual image generation by Stable Diffusion) to an API like Hugging Face. I just want to benefit from the flexibility and control offered by ControlNet while not being limited by local hardware for the image generation process.
Thanks for this tutorial. I wonder if there is a way to use this node-based system to generate two flows of image generation and combining them using mask node into a third composed version.
For anyone stumped about the change in the method of installation for the Manager(v0.22.2):

For me just nothing happens, I drag image into comfy and nothing appears ;/
trying to drop a image into comfy but nothing happens??
Thank you so much for the tutorial Sir!
My pleasure!
Hi, thanks for the tutorial. When I try to drag and drop my image in comfy ui, nothing happens, am I missing something ?
After running the comfyui manager installation .bat and restarting comfyui, there is no Manager Button showing up. Anyone knows how to fix this?
Dragging image that was made by a ComfyUI workflow doesnt work for me. It doesnt do anything, yet I want to retrace the variables on how it was made
At 9:20 when I try to install the missing custom nodes, I get an error message stating that "The custom node DB is currently being updated" and then I can't do anything with the program. Is that normal?
However, after closing ComfyUI and running it again, an error occurs.

im getting, RuntimeError: The NVIDIA driver on your system is too old, after i just updated it
I followed the exact process but when I start the run nvidia. nothing happens just CMD stays open
Helpful, especially with the MGR install.
Glad to hear!
@@sebastiankamph I was about ready to contact the folks at ComfyUI and ask to speak to the manager. Thanks again!
My comfy ui doesn't work, it keeps saying "reconnecting" as an error in the corner and I have no idea how to fix it
when i try to add in the image it shows image not in workflow , what do i do ?
This looks like something I should be using, but I just don't see anything new here. I can do all this on the basic stable diffusion ui including loading settings from pictures.
If you're happy with a1111, keep using a1111!
why is nothing happens when I move image to ComfyUI?
Thank you so much for the tutorial!
You are so welcome!
thank you. worked like a charm
Sweet! 😊
Manager import failed. What should I do?
I keep getting this error "CheckpointLoaderSimple
ERROR: Could not detect model type" any suggestions ?
Are you going to switch over to using comfyUI over A1111 in the future?
Depends on the usecase. I still prefer a1111 for iterative work.
Hi :) Do you have any video on how to speed the process of creating the image?
When i open the install missing custom nodes, nothing appear =(
Im thinking about switching from automatic1111 to ComfyUI mostly because I feel like from the videos ive seen it produces better animations in animatediff but im also learning more and getting a lot better using Defourm.. any thoughts on if I should switch or not?
Did you switch?
Impossible to install
im getting crazy please helpt
Im stuck at Queue prompt. it keeps loading with no error or message
Queue size: 1
what should I do? i can not proceed!
Bro. I literally just found these videos I want to get started but everything seems soo confusing. Any tips ?
The manager is broken for me, double clicking the new bat file inside custom nodes does nothing and installing the previous folder structure always opens to a blank list upon clicking install custom nodes, it's very frustrating
hello! why does your portable build run only the first time and then not!?
Confyui looks fantastic.. It only misses control net! Or not?
Oh, it has it. But that's a little more advanced. I wanted to provide a quick start guide. Right click and find the ControlNet nodes.
do you recommend installing comfy ui in a hard drive or sd drive? or simply on the computer is fine.
is setting the path to automatic 1111 not loading the models for anyone else?
make sure not to delete the .yaml extension when renaming.
@@zorctheorc3474 thanks but this was like 10 months ago, im on comfy now lmao
What graphic card are you using??
Thanks for the rundown Sebastian, and like the new look , keep on truckin' Bro!
You bet! And thank you! Do you feel we've evolved the content? 😁
I'm confused, why doesn't my ConfyUI have a "Manager" button in the queue node? Also I'm not able to drag that node around like you do....maybe my browser??? I'll have to experiment a bit. Otherwise love your video.
how to use image to image for the video instead for the outfit? instead of text prompt
Dragging and dropping images into the node area does nothing for me. Am I missing a setting?
The image must be made with comfy.
I have access to my models but nothing looks good I switch between models and they all look like the same 1.5 model
Why can't I find that specific Deliberate model on Civitai?
It's an older model, but it checks out. Go get epicrealism, it's great.
Thanks for this video ! it was very informative. Do you happen to know where in comfyUI I can set the "clip skip" ?
Nevermind found it : CLIPSetLastLayer
Any idea why adding the base path don't make the Comfy find the models from A1111?
Probably set it wrong somehow. My yaml works fine to load a1111 paths
