Rental case me kaise fraud se bache,Agar kisi tenant ko ghar pasand aa gya aur wo mujhe bola ki ghar pasand nhi aaya hai aur wo bad me khud ja kr owner se mil kr ghar le liya rent pe.Is case me both of them tenant and owner dono ko fayda hoga ki brokerage nhi dena padega.
Is problem ko kaise solve kre.
for such case only, try to avoid taking commission from owner so that he can trust you, once he trust you then it won't happen
