@Eidorian is Taiyi rapier good also? I saw you got lifering rapier, i wanted a cdr focused build so I got Taiyi rapier and it has refreshing move and rogue, I added pen backstab to it

ya free pass is definitely so much better, which im actually happy about lol. the paid one is cosmetic (for the most part) and i only got it to support the game.
My experience is that upgrading dropped gear is so expensive that you'd might as well just go buy off the market. That way you at least don't waste time farming.
How did you get enough materia from season pass, I have completed all 3 and saved all mine since start and still don’t have enough to get a high lvl item
for specific dungeon materia, u can only really afford one or two pieces. but for mutator, u can afford lots of pieces. just gonna have to do more dungeons :p

What are the requirements to upgrade a named item that isn't obtained from the Kiln with materia? For example can I ugrade pretty much any 650 GS item I find in the open world? Can it be 600 GS? Does it have to be a new named item from the DLC?
The best way to counter this is by finding named gear that has 2 good perks and is 626+GS and no magnify and upgrading at a kiln and applying the 3rd custom perk then it will be BIS with no down sides, but it's expensive

@@Eidorian510 I disagree, M3 are not worth it anymore, trash loot obviously bugged green loot, massive damage from enemies, rend nerfs, too little dark matter from M3s, ect... Unless it is to farm dark matter with a nice team on VC that is aware of the changes because you'll need medium gear in certain bosses, at least 2 perkers and gemstone dusts. You now spend gold with every mutation don't expect a 700gs BoE from them, returning players are obviously noticing the changes to loot, first week of expansion had so much loot it felt worth it, they quickly nerfed this and this week has been disastrous there are 0 groups who have cleared M3 depths on my server and then there's dynasty, which requires two different sets for DPS with different gems which most people can't afford or don't even bother trying because you'll also get one shot unless you run medium on the last boss but most people think they can dodge the boss AoE all the time which not even speedruners on the LB can. You have an easier time farming OPRs, Wars and doing the Sandworm which are the best activities to get dark matter without sweating, you'll even have fun depending on the conditions. This will eventually change, but you know AGS it'll take months for that to happen.
so whats the deal with bow? it does more dmg than musket, shoots faster, better hitreg etc etc.. thats why everyone abuse the bow instead of musket? kinda sucks that it is meta builds in an mmo lmao @@Eidorian510
While this is helpful to get some decent 700 gear there is no BiS asides from a few items such as the syncretic bow/musket, the thrust ring and a few more I wouldn't want to share to make the meta even more braindead, but the high majority of them are just 2 perkers that are cheaper on the TP, I wouldn't consider your gear BiS since you don't have health nor shirking heals, I get it you play glass cannon Bow but that's not what most people will go after since people play different builds and I'm sure you'd switch to shirking heals if you could I think the bow and musket having actual BiS items is problematic because no other weapons who have this privilege, let's also give them a thrust ring with leeching lmao and that sucks considering that there's already a plague of bow/musket players, giving them a BiS items 2h after the xpac was released was a trash move by AGS that shows they have no clue about their game
do you think that casuals just have 20 000$ just hanging around to just "boom, use three chromatic seals..."...lol (chromatic seals are 5k ea. and the matrix is at least 5k)
me personally i just used the third perk they gave me which costs 0$. also, bis pieces costed over 150k each as of previous patches 🤣 some greataxes were being sold for 1.5mil.

great so i have to buy the $40 expansion to be useful in pvp, game is fun but very restricting. Dont make it so you force your player base to buy the overpriced DLC in order to do like 30% of stuff in this game. Cant use mounts, can't get better gear, cant get to lvl 65 like whats the point in playing the game without the DLC. $60 game and $40 for ONE DLC.

I think they need to lower the amount of seals for named items. Artifacts are 1 and named items are 3.

Is the empyrean forge stuff not on the Gypsum Forge? I have around 6k forge materia but I can’t find anything to craft from there
It`s a bug you shoul have 1 ou more Ennead Dense materia on inventory to allow the craft
try a different kiln, thats what helped my friend
Yeah season pass was so easy to complete, the wild stamps make finishing one quick. I think it must be broken but too late to fix, haha.
why would you farm that rapier , everything shows that the finisher rapier is BiS unless ofcourse it fits better to your other weapon
if i wanted an artifact secondary, i would use lifering rapier for dps. aka spear (scorpion) + rapier, or musket (the mechanic) + rapier

doing wars as a mercenary and getting paid out for it. also sometimes the boys help out.

Only issue with kiln stuff is that stacking magnify will hurt your attribute split. Magnify has to be the worst implementation I've seen.
