#51 Making Bluebird Boxes With Cedar Fence Boards - Inexpensive Bluebird House

Making slight modifications to the bluebird house plan linked below, we made a few bluebird boxes to put up around the farm using cedar, which is naturally rot resistant and resists bugs. Watch more of my videos: shorturl.at/szFHP
Bluebirds are pretty to look at and eat bugs, so I'm happy to have them around the farm.

The modifications I made are:
Lengthen the front panel to 9.25 inches
Due to difference in wood thickness from the plans, I had to make the bottom panel 4"x4.125"
Drilled the 1.75" diameter hole 2" to the hole center from the top and centered on the board
Changed the opening pivot to the top of the front panel
