Bhai sahab aapko or knowledge ki jarurat hai ye UPS to NPS se bhi badtar hai.
1.esme pahli baat to employee ka contribution govt kha gayi.
2.esme pension sirf 60 year ke baad hi milegi na ki date of retirement. Yadi ak employee 50 year age me retired hota hai to pension uske 10 saal baad yani 60 saal ki age me milega bo 10saal apna gujara kis se karega.
3.esme govt 18.5% contribute kare ya 50 % uska employee ko koe fayada nahi hai kyu ki uska Jo 10% Jana hai employee ka usko hi nahi de rahi for example Aaj ki date me ak employee ka 12 saal baad contribution 13 lack ho raha or service ke saaf badega usko govt kha gayi.
