CF is on a continuum from extremely mild to extremely severe. Patients with the former are often not diagnosed until their 50s, 60s, and even 70s. Patients with the latter are still passing away earlier in their lives . It's a very devasting illness. God bless all those affected and all those that help🙏.

This video was so informative and inspiring. I am in constant amazement at the work that is being done to cure CF and am in even more awe of the patients, like Chelsea, who lead such amazing lives despite the adversity and challenges they face, embodying the very definition of what heroes are. I am so grateful for their courage and for all the hard work and tenacity of SLUCare and CFF. Thank you for sharing this with the world.
So happy for them to be able to improve their quality of life so much! From what I’m aware, not everyone with CF can use that new drug and I hope they can have something similar really soon. 🙏🏽
