Hey! Thanks for watching! I gave it some time to dry, sprayed with 99% alcohol they placed in warm oven (preheated to 160 degrees F for a minute then turned off ) covered. The ones that showed ash days later I steamed with a clothes steamer.
Depends how long you use it but it can. These designs don't last very long unfortunately but if you doing an event or decorating a bathroom, it will serve its purpose for visual effect. You can also do a design soap and then dip it so when the dipped portion washes off, you have the design in the soap still.
