I have a question about the 7 cost luffy: If I use the ability it won't re-activated during the next refresh phase due to his ability. If 10beard nullify the ability of a rested 7cost luffy, should it be able to be reactivated, since that part is overridden by blackbeard? I cannot find a proper source on the Internet. I know they have the judges over there and they know way better than me so I trust them but I don't know why
Because the unable to re-stand effect is a lingering effect.That is, the effect is already in motion.Like if you played a 5c sabo, even if bb negated the sabo, your characters are still un ko-able by effects

Yeah I've played with Marco (guy on the left) quite a bit at locals, he plays super fast and rarely spends more than 30secs a turn😂
Actually, I could follow the Usopp player. It was mainly the Blackbeard player doing stuff like playing out 3 cards before tapping any DON lol
