    I'm not even American, i'm an Australian & i take my hat off & bow my head in both sadness & utmost respect for both who were killed. So tragic to make it through war only to be killed by a fellow countryman, on the soil of the land you swore to defend & serve. My heart goes out to both families, their wives & their children.       To be fair, I’ve done this too. Have a buddy who did 2 tours in Iraq supporting the fight against ISIS and is diagnosed with PTSD. Shooting can be therapeutic especially when with friends. However, there should be limitations depending on how bad the PTSD is. Apparently, this man was very mentally disturbed and even freaked out Chris and his friend.

      PTSD is a very touchy topic and I personally have lost loved ones due to it. It really messes with people. I’m not saying murder is right but I think there should be therapy or something for soldiers when they come home because sometimes this is a result.

    He may not have been "right in the head" but he KNEW what he was doing when he shot and killed two men in cold blood. He shot them in the back! Their weapons were holstered, not even with safety off. He was a coward. A drunk, an angry drunk. He was nuts, true but at the same time, there is NO WAY he was not in charge of himself and his actions that fateful day.
    He was NOT legally insane, just another pissed off drunk taking his anger at the world --- and taking the lives of two good men during his final act of rage.
