I read Matthew 6:5-8 and I just felt confused, is it a bad thing or is there a specific way Jesus is stating? Sorry I have no one I could ask this in my life at the moment.

I have started watching this channel because I love to see how people can be saved from the unknown knowledge about Jesus in this world. Now I have started reading the Bible recently and to a point it has been very clear and helpful for my soul and I am grateful I started this journey. I read Matthew 6:5-8 and I just felt confused, is it a bad thing or is there a specific way Jesus is stating? Sorry I have no one I could ask this in my life at the moment.

Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.’
I might be confusing it but my question is: when you preach and pray for people in the street, is that considered bad under Jesus saying in Matthew’s 6: 5-8. Reason to my question is because I really love what you are doing and I truly believe that you are genuinely doing it to save souls but when I read that part in the Bible confused me and wanted some clarity. I don’t have friends to ask questions like this or to guide me on this journey and wanted to ask this. Thank you in advance!
