I can't find the device in the app. The light Bluetooth is on and my phone is on, so why can't I find it... If you look at the comments and know anything, please help me. ㅠㅠ
Can you adjust the color of multipe of the same kind of lights at the same time? By control for the group is greyed out. Using 3 SZ150R lights and just want to change the collor of all 3 with one click. Is this possible?
I have three lights that are all sz150r. I have them all connected using your app. I have all three in the same scene and can turn them all off and on at the same time, but I cannot control the color of all three at once. I can go into each light individually and adjust the color, but I cannot control all three at the same time. The control icon in the bottom right corner of the scene is greyed out. It's very friustrating. please help. Thx
If your having issues give the app access to your GPS with precise location, Its a TOTAL asinine invasion of privacy but after you add the lights you can revoke the permission. After I added that permission the lights showed up in the app for me. aside from that terrible feature the lights are pretty great for the price
It's hard enough to sign up for an account. It won't accept my password of 10 characters with numbers, upper and lower case, and special characters. A small notification pops up to say that you need a password between 6-20 characters and contain letters.... and that's it (yes, that's all the notification says on screen). Whoever designed the software didn't test it themselves! UPDATE: It was probably trying to say must contain letters and numbers only. When I removed special characters, it accepted it.
WORKAROUND - after messing around for a long time I figured out something that works, you might need to try it a few times. 1 - Turn on the app and be searching for a fixture 2 - with your light on, reset the bluetooth and turn the light off then on 3 - if it does not pick it up reset it again and turn the light off then on I got both my tube lights picked up this way again, vote this up if this worked for you to help others

I'm using an iPhone and i can't give the app that permision as it just doen't require it. Did you use an iOS device too?

Great app, but needs a Desktop version within Windows.
The app no longer works. You cannot control the light color.
Worked once and now no longer sees lights ,sorry this isn't an app which works wasted hours

Doesn't work. Got a 4 kit Tl60! Such a pain to connect. Gave it back and got Amrans with sidus link app!
