I have a lot of problems with Islam. Perhaps you could help me.
1. Muhammad was born in 576AD. All books of the New Testament are confirmed to have been written by 97AD. The Quran was written decades after Muhammad died in 632AD. The Quran then claims that Jesus was not crucified. Who should I believe? The Quran that came 600 years later or the books of the New Testament that were written by people who actually knew Jesus? Make that make sense.
2. Muhammad married Aisha when Aisha was 6 years old and had sex with her when she was 9. (Sahih Buhari) By today's standards, Muhammad is a pedofile. If his morals are not to be emulated today, why should we follow his example?
3. Islam claims Jesus wasn't crucified nor died on the cross. History and archeological evidence proves the Quran wrong. Even Bart Ehrman, who is an atheist and one of the most prominent New Testament scholars says that that is something the Quran gets wrong. Jesus' crucifixion is a matter of historical fact.
4. Islam unlike Christianity does not separate church from state. Islam is both religion and law. This lack of separation is a problem.
5. In an Islamic state, under an Emir, if you leave the religion you get your head cut off, if you are of any other faith other than Islam, you will have to pay the Jizya (special tax) and live as dimmi (second class citizen).
6. There are many versions of the Quran. The one most muslims use is called the Hafs Quran. In North Africa they use the Warsh Quran. These two have differences even in the most basic Surah al-Fatiha. We also have the Duri Quran and another 30 something versions available in physical copies. This is a fact most muslims don't know about. They are taught that there is only one version and that that in itself is a miracle of the Quran. Nobody tells Muslims that Caliph Uthman is the person that standardized the Quran. There existed many many more versions. Listen to Sheikh Yasir Qadhi.
7. Muslims have been lied to that Muhammad is prophesied in the Bible and Torah. Muhammad is not mentioned anywhere in the greek bible, not in any singe manuscript of either the Bible, Torah or Talmud.
8. The problem of the satanic verses. Muhammad once revealed that people are supposed to pray to the gods, Allat, Alluza and Manat, who he said were like cranes and would carry your prayers to Allah. He later claimed to have been possessed by evil spirits and redacted those verses. I wonder how many other times this might have happened.

All these are facts as can be found in the Quran and hadith.
I challenge anyone to refute any of the aforementioned points.
