  • This is a complete walkthrough and explanation of options on my 2024 Duckworth 24 Pacific Navigator. I felt the information available online at the time of my order was inadequate, and hope that this may help someone in a similar situation.
The boat was purchased in October of 2023, and as of May 2024, has 11.5 hours on the main motor, a 300 Mercury ProXS, and 120 hours on the kicker motor, a 15 Mercury ProKicker.
    Electronics are 2x Garmin 126sv, 1x 93sv, 1x GT56UHC transducer, and 1x Garmin LVS34 LiveScope.
The diesel heater is a Wallas Viking, and has been flawless.
Downriggers are Cannon Magnum 10s. Front electric trolling motor is a MinnKota Terrova 36v 72" iPilot.
I did not receive any sponsorships or other inducements from any of the companies or products referenced. All comments and opinions are my own, gathered over 30+ years of fishing.
I worked with Valley Marine in Union Gap, WA. They were excellent to deal with, very responsive, and got me a fair deal. I recommend them.

Congrats on your Pacific Navigator, and thank you for the review. Duckworth, like Wooldridge, the Cadillac of boats. From Minnesota, and am often puzzled by Diamond plate decking - especially for a "fishing" boat = slippery. Think a rubber-coated/washable deck is better

Thank you, a great review and overall discussion. Forgot my Wooldridge boats (LOVE IT). Looked at Hewescraft.

Just because you can’t afford it doesn’t mean it’s not sporting 🤣. 👌🏼

Sweet rig! Just curious is there any wood used in the construction? Im extremely gun shy about wood after owning a Lund.

I had a Lund 1950 Tyee and yes the transom rot got to me as well. The only wood in the Duckworth is the marine grade plywood for the flooring and the kickpanels at the helm. Everything else is welded aluminum.

good review, but you would consider Kingfisher to be on the lower end? thats interesting.
