A lot of people complaining about the sparring partner “going light” or “ being amateur level” ... if you’ve ever sparred in any legitimate gym before coaches often make you train with someone not as good as you or tell pros to go easy on you to help sharpen your technique and boost confidence. Even at the highest level world famous pros still often spar with amateurs or go light. Obviously you’ll still have heavy sparring days where your both pushing eachother but the problem with consistently sparring in that manner is not only CTE but it creates sloppy technique. If you’ve ever noticed how calm and confident Conor is when he fights , just like how he’s sparring here. You don’t always have to go full clip in sparring to get better.

Shows how much he has matured, compare the way he talks on this compared to the khabib conference and build up, total difference, he has turned into a real dublin lad again...and suits him..
This was a true technical sparring session it was not about who was better but rather trying to simulate the actual fight before the fight and make sure the shots they have choosen will work and in order for that to be seen the sparring partner has to act and fight as cowboy as close as possible and show his weaknesses/mistakes and his strength in skill aswell people think you sparr hard and go fight at this level it is so different the above shows what i mean
Anyone notice that Conor used the same clinch in his sparring as the fight with Cowboy? He practiced trapping his arm and getting into that position where he throws his shoulder at the opponent, he really does have a trick hidden up his sleeve for every fight. Like how he practiced countering and knocking out Aldo with the exact combo.

2:13 Look at that beautiful counter to the head kick, just amazing.
WAITING FOR THE COMMENT WITH THE FULL LIST OF TRACKS, THANK YOU
same
It’s a playlist by the DJ Bisett on soundcloud he has the whole playlist up
All of Conor's recent footage shows him fighting in a traditional boxing kind of style .. Is it just for the opponent or has he changed up hia karate style
And all..UFC.. fighter..bow..in front of .King.. McGregor...
Smart man
Khabib Made him his bitch ez clap
hes not even the king of the lightweight division never mind the UFC. He got smashed by Khabib Tony would also smash him and so would Justin gaehtje and probably the improved version or porier
@@junaidahmed2235 - Woaahh? Khabib and Tony would smash Conor?? Are you gay?? 😂😂😂
Ortega David Khabib already did and Tony’s pace is wayyy too much for Conor u Conor fanboys are delusional. Accept reality. Conor got his ass whooped by Khabib and Nate Diaz and just about won a second fight against Diaz. Conor couldn’t keep up with Diaz pace and ran away from him he sure as hell ain’t gonna keep up with Tony pace and Tony is a lot more dangerous than Nate
Any footage of Conor sparring ‘Sammon Decker ’ Samuel Bark?
He's a big fish in a small pond he won't improve if he's way better than his sparring partners
They're all scared during sparring aswell he needs people to push him in sparring
Iron sharpens iron
Lee hammond was an amateur world champion ju jitsu prodigy and will have a very good career when he turns over... no rush as hes young... hes no bum. Plus thats 1 sparring partner u see there... he will have many with him all high class
Why would you need a sparring partner to be trying to take your head off in your last spar before the fight you fucking idiot.
This is also the final sparring before the fight. You definitely dont wanna injure conor. Obviously they do much harder sparring during early camp. Both guys are going real light.
Gsdizzle91 exactly what I've been saying to people on here who keep commenting same stupid shit about why aren't his sparring partners fighting back or pushing him! They don't understand professional fighting obviously, NO ONE goes hard on their last session before a fight, it's case of tapping and moving around just to get blood pumping and bit of a sweat on.....that's it, simple really
@@Charlton2010 it's the arm chair fans that don't know shit about camps and preparation etc
They playing that one song from night at the Roxbury 😂
Khabib made Conor Humble💪💪
I hope this ages well
people talks about his left power but for me his Distance management and timing stands out the most...
My idol "The notorious"😍
You should train more harder where you're lacking behind and take down that fooking khabib to make your fans happy ok.
Every1 is waiting for that moment.
🤘🏻 The Mac life🤘🏻
MC GREGOR doesn’t belong to any division he can conquer all divisions and humble all the fighters in his path IF he is MOTIVATED......
Hes is such a kind calm and collected person without his whiskey poison messing with his mind.
Shows how much he has matured, compare the way he talks on this compared to the khabib conference and build up, total difference, he has turned into a real dublin lad again...and suits him..
Some fight for the love of money then money takes the fighter out of u
This was a true technical sparring session it was not about who was better but rather trying to simulate the actual fight before the fight and make sure the shots they have choosen will work and in order for that to be seen the sparring partner has to act and fight as cowboy as close as possible and show his weaknesses/mistakes and his strength in skill aswell people think you sparr hard and go fight at this level it is so different the above shows what i mean
You don’t want to be constantly sparring hard taking shots to the head.
Too late for Conir
Watching this super light spar would have been more worth the money then the fight 😂
Haters don't hate him, they hate themselves, because he is a reflection of what they wish to be.
True that.
1:18 anyone know the name of this song?
“My foot was a Balewnnn” 🤣🤣😂🤣😂
So is his wallet 🙏
Anyone notice that Conor used the same clinch in his sparring as the fight with Cowboy? He practiced trapping his arm and getting into that position where he throws his shoulder at the opponent, he really does have a trick hidden up his sleeve for every fight. Like how he practiced countering and knocking out Aldo with the exact combo.
Imagine Conor dancing Reggaeton xd
anybody knows where I can buy the crewneck sweatshirt he is wearing at 4:36 ?
It took more time for Conor to get his hand wrapped than to beat Cowbow lol
Idiots gona hate good luck with your life when you can hate or dislike a man with this much talent and belief
Check your self before you wreck yourself
Talent personified
Music is always so lame in the gym. Oi McGregor let me be your dj I’ll take you to the realm of hypnotic brain sweat
I love this aggressive but elusive fighting style I really wanna see Conor fight again
The Best/Beast
Dude has a production company, why the videos are so late?
He is keeping most of the footage for his next documentary but obviously just released some content for his fans during this time keep us entertained
His sparring partner should try hitting back lol
Dude it's his last spar before a fight hes not gonna go to war in the gym. This spar is likely about maintaining his timing and keeping sharp
You like commenting about him I see
@@justinhavens4700 his sparring is always the same lol him crushing cans in the gym that's why he gasses out in fights not enough competitive sparring
@@grifter1984 that can crusher was 2 division champion of the world
@@grifter1984 Fool, you think you'd do a better job than Conor's trainers?
This sparing video is longer than the fight was Connor McGregor lol
WHAT?
SPEAK ENGLISH
Training to get smashed by Khabib 😂
Do you train mma or boxing but idk khabib is good going to the floor Conor need to train going to the floor
