I was in Japan less than a week ago... i bought like 25 gachas there, took it with me in France... i'm a huge fan of mechas so i only bought Gundam ones... So now, after work i enjoy a glass of wine and i randomly pick one from my reserve... Little, awesome, SELFISH pleasure :D :D :D
When I saw KNB & Haikyuu: *GASPS* When I saw One Piece *GASPS LOUDLY* When I saw Attack on Titan: OH MY GOD When I saw KNB: HOLY SHIT When I saw a Mura and Himuro gachapon: WHAT
Hi I like Gashapon so I decided to buy 3 of these mini toys. I will shoot it by Monday and will share it to Kids watching your video. Nice video and pls keep on sharing. :D
They're somewhat rare in America, but I think they're still called Gacha machines or maybe they were Americanized to Gotcha. Anyway, when I was little I collected these Pooh bear cell phone charms with different outfits from a Gacha machine at a local movie theater. Ah, childhood!
I'm a fan of Kuroko no Baskue too! A few months ago, I was in Japan and there was Kuroko no Baskue Gachapon everywhere! It was pretty popular in Japan :) and honestly it's only 200 yen (about 2 dollars) for a mini figurine keychain.
Oh. My. GOD! Those Sailor Moon prizes are SO cool. I actually ordered that blue pouch from Japan via Ebay, that's how sad my life is in America. lol Wish we had these machines here. :D
Omgggg so many things i waaant! Im so jealous ; - ; I really really want to go to Japan someday... i will make it there you'll see! I'll just cry myself into sleep because the awesomeness of Japan and the fact that i probably wont get there ever... Its awesome how they are like 200~300yen there but if you want to buy them outside from Japan, like trough ebay, they cost like really much, compared to those prices :(
We have those in Canada, but I don't know what they're called in English either. I got some Super Mario Bros. keychains once. The ones here are older and there's no where near that many! The interesting thing in Canada is that there's a Japanese store downtown that sells ones that have already been opened.
I think gachapon are one of the things I look forward to the most when I finally get to visit Japan >.< silly, I know. Growing up the vending machines similar to gachapon we always just called "quarter machines" since in the US they usually take some number of quarters (typically 1-4)
there's nothing in this world your too young for. if you really like something then you like it no matter how old you get if u still like it then its what you like.
ohmahgahhhhhh! i miss gashapon! i was such an addict LOL that and UFO catchers *w* i'm SO jealous of all those sailor moon gashponnnn!!! Sharla got the one i want, the locket!
Around here, they're usually called toy capsule machines (or capsule toy machines). Also they don't have such super neato things inside and only cost like 50 cents - $1
***** i watched a gacha gacha video here on youtube and it says that the word gashapon is copyrighted by bandai so the other non-bandai machines are named gacha gacha or gachapon.
OHH NO 1:16 THAT EXISTS? i swear i'll pay you a 100 bucks to ship one of these kuroko no basuke ones to me LOL. i wish we had these gacha gachas over in the uk, ahhh
I have the worst luck with these! I love the star wars ones, and seriously every time I use any star wars machine - doesn't matter where it is - it always gets jammed and I have to find an employee.
At the place I go to in Australia they have the gachas in tubs instead of machines, so you can just look before you buy X) If I ever get to an actual gacha place in Japan, I don't think it'd be wise for me to open each gacha after I get it. I'd be there for so long trying to get a particular one or something, haha
I could of watch hours of you with those Gashapon Machines. Thanks to Sharla, you now have a new subscriber. :) I need to have that Sailor Moon purse for my niece. Name your price. I will buy it. I'm very serious.
I feel like if i ever went to Japan and Nanako Broadway i'd pass out or something like a heart attack would happen to me from happiness or excitement. :P
We have them in England in like some cinemas and bowling alleys not sure what we call them though :3 But I got a few the other day and on the leaflet thing it says the company or something is called Gacha.
I swear to god, I would spend hundreds of thousands of yen here. Hundreds of thousands.
I love the sound of the coins going into the machine!!! It's just so satisfying

We had some of these in an arcade at a movie theater here in the states but they took the whole thing out and replaced it with a bar.

I love those machines so much, honestly, I think we should get them here in the US.
I seriously want to go there! I need to visit Japan soon! ^.^
1:07 you said that with such ease.
Hahaha! Really entertaining video :D
I rofled at Cinnamon and the flashlight scene XD
I agree, Cinnamon is a pretty cool cat.

I think GACHA is the sound of turning the handle and the prize coming ??
Yup! But also a common word for the machines here, at least among my Japanese friends :)
***** i watched a gacha gacha video here on youtube and it says that the word gashapon is copyrighted by bandai so the other non-bandai machines are named gacha gacha or gachapon.

Pharell William's favorite place NAKANO!!!
The scene where Sharla got the pouch, that looks like Shaun the Sheep on the machine behind her. Wallace and Gromit in Japan!

Not a criticism about your video, love your channel!
You forgot to deinterlace your video before processing.
At the place I go to in Australia they have the gachas in tubs instead of machines, so you can just look before you buy X)
