My brother took me to look at it in his 65' Ford Galaxie 500 running stock dual exhaust with glass pack mufflers and cragar rims at all 4 corners and G-60x15s on the rear. The guy showed me they car and just as he was starting it up the engine seized up. We checked the oil and the oil was like gunk. Other than my hand me down car the first car I ended actually buying was a 69' Ply Roadrunner.
While the '57 Belvedere was de-rusted, after ten years the car has been determined as irreparable. It is going to be displayed in an Illinois museum but it is far from perfect. The photo of the shiny "restored" Miss Belvedere in the video is not the actual car. $100 gets you a ton of cement. Rebar is also fairly cheap. Building a giant stainless steel box is expensive.
