The old Ruger P Series pistols were dissed as odd looking back in the 90's, but now they look pretty cool. The one you have looks to be in really pristine shape. Thanks for the video C-V.
All 3 are nice pistols. Taurus or an aftermarket company should have a lower sight for the Millennium possibly fiber optic or night sight. I put a shorter orange night sight on the G2c to help but now added a red dot. Eyes are getting worse so I need more help now. Good luck with it. 🙏👍🇺🇸🚜
Wow Cervus did not know you spoke Spanish as you answered a reviewer. I learned Spanish before English being brought up with grandparents while parents worked all the time. Muy bien amigo
Hi Cervus. That Taurus is a nice pistol. I always wanted a 1911 of some description but never owned one. Too late for me now of course. There were some Norinco 1911s around back in the day but they were pretty much junk.
Thanks Nick. That is the first 1911 I bought and the only one I have in 45 ACP. I just couldn't see paying 800 plus for one so I found this one at 500 new. I like it and it is a good pistol. I really like the Kimber models and Ruger makes a nice one, but they are all too expensive for me so I just admire them from afar.
I'm with most others, the Ruger shot the best but that Taurus Mill one shot way off, I'd trim that front post too. Good info to have tho. Good video Cerv.
I had a .380 Once that naturally shot low! But your .45 wins! That’s really something! Does the front sight have enough height to remove some? I’m sitting here watching! Thinking “man! I want to tinker with that thing!” lol! 👊🏻👍🏻
That was my thought when I walked back from looking at the target. Maybe I can shave that front sight down. You sound like me, if it isn't working right then what can I do to fix it. I'm going to look and see what after market sights are out there.
@@kenworland1865 I need to do another video with all of my P series Rugers. I have several (89, 94DC, 95DC, P94-40 S&W, P90-45 ACP) I love them and when I find one at about 3oo or less I usually get it.
The 911 is the prettiest but the Ruger seems to shoot better. The weight of the old P series help get good shots off. Hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks Tex Mex. Yeah I like them all. I just need to get the PT some other type of sights and I'll be happy.
.45acp video are always fun 😀 thanks for sharing it Cervus!!!

Thanks Gort. This is the only Ruger P series I have in 45 ACP. I have several 9mm and one that is a 40 S&W. I enjoy them all.
Wow ! Doesn't like gravity...adjustable sight(s) ?
I like that p90, I got a p89 9mm after my stepdad passed, very reliable and heavy built
Cool Brian, I have several of the P series and I like them all for the exact reasons that you mention.

That was my thought too. A lower front sight or maybe a red dot. I'll have to see. Thanks Bill.
Un video potente y directo como el 45 ACP💪
Gracias Tony! Me encantan estos 45ACP. Sólo necesito hacer bien el rodaje PT y realmente estaré feliz con todos ellos.

Thanks Bob, definitely need some work for sure.
Dayuuuum Brother, that last Ruger is definitely in need of an 'alignment'....The others were about normal for a 30 ft 45 grouping.
That was a Taurus PT145, but yes it is in need of some major work.
👍👍yeah that last one is extremely low. The Ruger is a beautiful pistol and seems to shoot well.
Thanks Lance, yeah I like that Ruger. It is a good shooter too.
Nice video
Thanks Robert! Appreciate you checking it out.
Well 2 nice pistols, not so sure about that Taurus. If you can adjust the sites, then okay. Good shooting!
My thoughts too. I like that little Taurus, but I can't depend on it like that.
Cervus hey I’m behind watching videos
Me too. There are several I need to catch up on. I just got to watch WTW Savage 64 video last night.
I have the P90 and both are fantastic shooters
Cool Ken, yeah I like the P90 for sure!
somehow I apparently deleted where I said "and the P97" lol
@@kenbrown986 I figured there was another P series in there, but wasn't sure which one.
The Taurus doesn’t like that ammo for sure
It shoots everything low like that. I need to do something with the sights I think.
👍
Thanks T.A.B. I appreciate it.
I had a .380

@@cervus-venator Love that older Ruger! I had a I believe a P95DC??? Been awhile! And PT111, both 9’s of course. Cool stuff my man!

@@cervus-venator I’ll definitely check that out!!! I’m also a Ruger wheel gun fan boy! 😂🤷🏼♂️
You might need to cut the front sight off a bit 👀 that thing really shoots low.
I agree, it need some work. I'll figure it out eventually.
