I've been trying this spot for hours. I get next to no bites. I don't have PVA but have been trying both spod and method feeder. Do you think PVA makes that much of a difference or is something else possibly going on?
Spod should be just as good as PVA if you are hitting the right area with it. It has a diameter of 5 meters. One of the admins in the RF4 Discord was talking about it and said he just spods instead of PVAs so he can avoid overfeeding. Points into the rig you're using in the skill tree, Skill % overall in bottom fishing, and rod bonuses all give others a leg up on you, how much though, I can't say. If you're using the same setup as I am and just spodding with that feed instead of PVA, I'd expect it to still do pretty well.
