    This is so insightful! I am still at the bedside and I am so burned out, your video just clicked a lightbulb in my head!

      Marie, I’m glad to hear the video has you thinking. Home Health isn’t for everyone, however there’s so much we can do as nurses. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment😊

    I’m blown AWAY that you can get that much charting done in the home and still finish your visit in under 45min. I’m spending 1hr to 1hr 30min in home per start and getting NO charting done other than consents. Idk how to be more efficient but this has certainly opened my eyes to the possibility!

    Nursing is so vast and I love working solo and being out and about in my car. This is a cool job. Thanks for filming!

    Tawanda! I just got hired as an RN CM for a HH agency under a major hospital in California. I was previously working nightshift in the ER and was incredibly unhappy, surrounded by a lot of toxicity, and am excited to be part of a better, positive work culture (and to finally see the sunshine!). Thank you so much for your HH RN content!!!! It's been helping me familiarize myself with the work flow and things to be mindful of. I've been taking notes and plotting conditions/diagnoses that you've mentioned that I plan on reviewing over... I was previously in HH as an LVN and can tell you are an amazing CM! Wish I had you as my preceptor

    How long did you work bedside and what unit? Can new grads do home health ?

    • @AccordingToTawanda
      @AccordingToTawanda  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I did bedside as a LPN, and RN. LTC, ICU, ER, Trauma, Travel, Med-Surg, Nurse Education, etc. If you name it I’ve probably done it. I recommend that new grads have a year or two of experience. However, new grads go straight into HH all the time. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching 😊
