Amazing video, seems wrong that you only got 5.5k views for this. I plan on doing this exact trip from the UK in my Tesla model 3 in 2026 and can't wait. I'm Looking forward to seeing more of your future road trips Marek, all the best mate.
As a Norwegian, i love this series because i can also experience many of these places! Can't wait for the next videos to come! Btw all that ice on the mountain later on in the video is called a Glacier, and the reason why there was so many rocks up on the mountain is back during the ice age then glaciers pretty much took those rocks up there and once the glacier smelted then the rocks stayed there, tho yes we say its trolls in our fantasy😂
Fun fact! The random rocks that appears across Norway in random locations, comes in any kind of sizes from very small to enormous,... These rocks are actually from the Ice Ages! Ice shaped our mountains, fjords and land, it also moved rocks and boulders to random locations, sometimes far, far away from it's start position or mountain. I have one, not so far away from where i live, and out street is named after it: Storstein which is directly translated to Bigrock. It's bigger than the regular houses we have here and it clearly doesn't belong in this type of forest, but it's still cool! But i also like to think of it as Trolls moving them or throwing them around! Also, i love that you all enjoy the route i usually take to get to my cabin! So fun seeing this
Don't want to brag, but yes. Norway is a mighty country. It has loads of rough but beautiful nature, pretty much everywhere. As a kid I didn't reflect on this.
It looks very raw, and the fact that it has so little number of people living there compared to the size of it, makes it feel like an end of the world.
Wow, this trip is really inspiring me to plan something similar. The roads in Norway seem much better than I imagined and the trip through the fjords so far has been spectacular - you've captured it beautifully with your cameras. Cannot wait for the next installment as I'm intrigued to know how many days it took to get to the Arctic Circle - it still seems a very long way away!
High up there among the greatest driving roads in Norway. The fv520 road from Sauda to Røldal should be high on the bucket list of any petrolhead. We have made a roundtrip route that we normally drive starting in Sauda, crossing the mountain to Røldal, then down to Mo in Suldal where we drive up to Gullingen Ski resort and either continue to Jøssingfjord or drive back down to Sand for a meal. Then on to Hebnes ferry terminal, before we head back to Sauda. We call the route #røldalsfjellring. Hope you enjoyed my favourite road as much as I do. Love the series, great to see you visisting my good friend Johannes Einemo in Lærdal in the next video also. His hotel Lærdalsøren Motor Hotel is also a fantastic petrolhead destination.
Brilliant. I love the poles on the side of the road telling the snow plow drivers where the road is. The poles are very high! Your observations on the scenery changing frequently mirror mine. One minute you're in forests and the next there are no trees! Norway is full of beauty and it is one of my favorite places in the world.
Fantastic video! As an norwegian I appreciate our nature more and more, your video certainly helps in that regard! I will recomend a Scottish mate to watch this series as he want to travel to Norway some day ;-)
You live in extremely beautiful country. Scotland is probably the most similar looking country to Norway but Norway is just on another level. Best regards 👋
I think we missed it. It was raining and we were on the road for quite a long time already so everyone was just looking to get to our hotel. Tbh that shot with the viewpoint, I even haven’t seen it until I watched the videos.
Brilliant Marek, we are currently deciding on The Azores or Norway for 2025..and Norway is winning 🇳🇴 based purely on your vids, hubby just needs a performance car Lol 😂
@@MDrives ha the performance car is in his dreams Marek…he has to make do with going the F1 😂 Love your commentary’s, especially the ‘wow’ moments 🥰 it must take you forever to edit. I’m sure all your followers appreciate it 👍🏼
Wow. Great video! Stunning 😃👍👍👍
Thanks! 🙏🏻 regards 👋

You won’t have a problem with charging over there. And it’s cheap too! Thanks. Regards from San Francisco 👋

@@MDrives Have you thought about a video with route descrition?

Fantastic! This journey was memorable! Ty for the great video footage!
Thanks 💪👋
Really nice! 👍
By quality of road trip videos I am surprised that you still got so little number of subscribers... You deserve much more!
Thank you. Hopefully both, subs and views will come with time. Best regards 👋

Thanks! It is very long way. We took a scenic route to see all the amazing places. Still plenty to see before we get to the Arctic Circle.
Very beautiful 😍😍
Agree, the country is amazing.

Agree. The scenery changes will be even more visible in later videos.
The poles are extra high on this stretch of road, as this area around Røldal usually is one of the places that get the most snow in winter.
B E A U T I F U L 🙏🏼
Love the drone shots, God bless you Marek!
Thank you 🙏🏻. Best regards 👋
Fantastic!! I want to go back already!!
Yeah, we had some good time over there!
Just stunning, I didn't think you could top the Alps series, but..... :)
Ahhh thanks! 🤩
Its an homage to Noways nature is when literal rows of Swiss car enthusiast roll trough to admire the landscape.
There’s a lot to admire.
Incredible place 😎😎
Yeap, fantastic!
Very nice video! (and car)

No footage of the spectacular Vøringsfossen waterfall? Seems like you were there at 17:23.

Do you have Google maps link for the route?
Hi. Unfortunately I don’t. I will post a video showing the route at the end of the series.
The Hardangerfjord area is famous for being the main production areas of cherries in Norway.
Everyday is a school day! I always thought Norway is cold and they don’t grow fruits.
In Sweden we have the Dala-horse, we make Ockelbo snow-mobiles and we invented the word "fika" that means to eat between meals.
Thank you for all the facts. Regards 👋
Looks like fun!! Agree with you on the road-hogs! They can completely ruin a beautiful road experience!
We had some good fun too but most of the time it was the views playing the main role.
🙌🏻
👍🏻
Marek, WOW this looks amazing, i agree it is in part like Scotland but in its own way.
How much longer is your trip?
11 days but some of further days will be compacted in fewer videos.
@@MDrives Looks an epic trip. You've inspired me to get out there and do some myself. Appreciate your channel and the effort you put in. First class.
👍🏻😊

@MDrives Great video as usual. ❤ Can i ask. What video editing software do you use?
Adobe Premiere Pro but you could do the same thing in free DaVinci
Eagerly waiting for the next episode 👌
Hopefully as scheduled every second Friday
Hey, love this video! Im from norway and have been looking for roads like this to drive. Where is this?
He starts from Sauda and drives via Hardanger to Hallingskarvet.
@@abcabcboy thanks.
There will be a video on my whole route at the end of the series. Thanks and regards 👋
Thanks for sharing 👋
S55 dont sound like that 🤣😂🤣
