@@FoundaPeanutAll I got to say is, look up Highland Park Village. It’s gorgeous. The Plaza was the first shopping center ever built, but Highland Park Village was the 2nd.
In 5 years the plaza will be owned and operated by shareholders who live in Texas.... not one Missouri small business owner will be represented.
Better than an offshore group. Dallas investors have style and class. Kansas City and Dallas have a long and positive relationship.
