I also have very dry skin ! Thank you for your suggestions. For my hands, what's helping the most is to wear gloves when I do the dishes or when I clean up around the house !
I’m going to try the hand lotion during the day and work 🧴 my hands get soooo dry. I have been applying a little bit of Vaseline on my hands (message) before going to bed and have seen improvement . I’m glad you’re back. Nice sweater 🙋🏻♀️
Are you kidding me, you weren’t looking rough at all lol. You’re always beautiful :) I use the Cetaphil moisturizing cream, it’s a thicker consistency and feels really good when your skin is all ashy
The best treatment I've found for my extremely dry hands is the Mary Kay hand scrub/treatment ser. It's wonderful and it works. Little pricey but it lasts a awhile
I love to use Ammonium Lactate 12% moisturizing lotion. This lotion used to be available only by prescription, but it is now available OTC. It is very moisturizing without feeling heavy. It also helps with my eczema. It can usually be found at any pharmacy. It’s a little pricy (this was about $12.00), but it also comes in a smaller size. I’m totally there with you on the super dry skin. May be worth a try!
As weird as it sounds I shave my facial peace fuss off because if I don’t it gets in the way of my skincare because it’s thicker and shaving it slows me to get to my skin
I totally get it!! I vlogged the day before Thanksgiving, like a prep video and totally didn't get it up. oh my.... yeah, haven't been uploading much either lately!!!
Growing up we had a cast iron wood heat stove and mom would put a cast iron tea pot and it would steam the air and keep it from being too dry... I dont have that now in my own home so sometimes we will hook up a humidifier in the main room just keep some humidity in the air... also, I learned from watching Dr. Berg on youtube that many of the super dry skin conditions can come from our diet... being low of B vitamins of all things!!:) might try upping some of those too.

CeraVe moisturizing cream that comes in the tub is amazing for both the face and body

Paige Ward Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve tried it on my face before but never for body.

I loveeee organic coconut oil! Sounds ridiculous but it’s made my face sooo much clearer and helped with discoloration. Plus it’s moisturizing 💕
A dermatologist recommends using CeraVe Baby moisture cream as a facial moisturizer and I do and I love it! Great ingredients and fragrance free. 🤗
Kim Alonzo I would have never thought to use baby lotion, but that makes a lot of sense! Thanks!
Thank you Emily for moisturizing and skin softening ideas!! Merry Christmas!!💟🎀🎄 God bless.

Robin Crump I bet it’s really good!
Emily- May I suggest putting coconut oil or other oil you love on your hands and put on a pair of soft gloves and sleep or relax with a book .
Stef Bolton I’ve tried using coconut oil before bed but I always end up rubbing face and getting it in my eyes. 😣 gloves might help!
Great video!
Sarah and Vannah Thank you!
Rose bud salve for lips(and you could use it for dry patches on your face and body too), and the Hempz lotion!

Hi Emily! You may like to checkout Dr. Dray's youtube channel! She wears no makeup either and your skin glows like hers does. 😳

Kim Alonzo It’s ok!

mrs hanjohn We have a air humidifier in our room set on 45% humidity. 🤷🏼♀️ but being low on vitamins is probably very possible.
@@EmilyHensley it could be! ❤ hope you're able to get more relief! Dry skin is a pain:(
