What's happening with the volcano is: X33N made it lava then Crainer turned it to cobble stone then X33N made it lava then SSundee made it obsidian. So what's happening is Crainer and Ssundee are trolling X33N which is also probably why X33N helped you out today.
X33N did not help Jordan he was trolling him. Remember how Jordan changed the color of his ender chest to stop the cobblestone from flowing in? What X33N did was change the color of Crainers so it would pump cobble back into his me system. He put acceleration cards so it would pump the cobble faster and messed with the trashcan so cobble wouldn't dump out. Jordan is so naive. He really thinks that X33N is helping him out.
Pigmen _spawn near_ activated nether portals, they don't travel through. And they all despawned when you went through the teleporter because that hooks up to where Ian's old base was.
I think pigmen either don't spawn exactly outside the portal, so they are spawning outside the enclosure, or they spawn inside the door/diamond blocks, so they move to the closest air, your base. I'd say if you don't want them in your base, move the portal to that lower section of your base, and close it off with a large enough fence so they always spawn in the pen. (Maybe 5-7 blocks out?) And they disappeared when you got back to your base, because they despawned as you must've gone to far away. Also a fun idea for a troll would be to rig someone's elevator so they go down thinking they'll be in their base, but they end up in some trap (Room with lava, spawn a wither, etc.) By placing an elevator block on top of theirs.

I have an idea for a troll for Crainer: First, when Crainer leaves the sever one day, tell him to stand on a Certain block right before he logs of the server (After he logs of you will do the troll and finish before he gets back on) Next, Where he was standing when he logs off, put a pressure plate underneath him (or whatever red stone will let you do) that will put him into adventure mode. Then put signs around him that says whatever you want. (Come up with the signs when your reading the comment *JUST A SUGGESTION*) Then, with the glass his windows are made out of, make a maze inside of his base. That has dead ends and etc... Make one of the ends have another pressure plate that puts him in a room that has 2 buttons. DO THIS ONLY IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THE "EXTRA! OPTIONAL!" IF NOT, THEN JUST PUT HIM IN SURVIVAL! Make one of the buttons say "BACK TO MAZE IN ADVENTURE MODE!" Make the other one say, "BACK TO BASE IN SURVIVAL MODE!" EXTRA! OPTIONAL! 2 ideas, Jardon. Firstly, surround Alfred in Air Blocks, so it's guaranteed he gets killed, and secondly, make a pitfall in front of the Nether portal, because all the pigmen are spawning there. If you want the diamond asthetic, just use ghost blocks. Put a sign on it saying "Pigmen Purger" or something.

He mentioned it in a previous episode (possibly the same one where he makes the portal gun?), but he recognized the fact the portal on main world will essentially become a "black hole" and destroy everything near the portal. Which, in fact, is true, I've seen it happen.

He also didn't notice that the laser drills are actually broken. Either Ssundee doesn't know how to use laser drills, or thought he didn't need to set them up right for them to eat power. Well, you do...so his troll is an utter failure since it is barely drawing any power with only one pre-charger actually functioning for each laser, but it also works stupidly slow like that so it's basically utterly useless for anything. It won't matter if he fixes the chests if he doesn't fix the laser drills themselves so they actually work. I wonder if the ones in Crainer's base are also broken. Captain Sparklez, the reason pigmen keep spawning inside your base is because the door isn't a full block. That means that they can spawn inside the door an roam throughout your base. You can fix this by moving the door one more block forward.
There's an achievement where you kill one of the others and claim it was an accident, if you replace Crainer's elevators by replacing them with secret pressure plates, he's sure to step on it, then put him in adventure mode in an obsidian box filled with water, and it'll take him like 5 minutes to drown because of his armor, then place a sign down at the bottom of the room (it has to be the bottom or else he could use it as an air bubble) that says "Oopsie Daises"

To remove the pigmen, just move your barricade around the portal a few blocks out more. Then when they spawn they will be confined as you can see that they spawn just outside the portal.
Dear Spooklez, just so you don't flip out even more, pigmen spawn 1-2 blocks AWAY from the nether portal, not in it. They would get sent back straight away then.

Jordan just so you know if you wish to travel between dimensions there is a way with Draconic Evolution. If you have the mod installed then what you want is the Enhanced Charm of Dislocation. This will allow you to teleport even across dimensions with the simple use of ender pearls that you have 10 million of. It will also allow you to teleport with a simple right click so trap trolls would be a thing of the past.
you can use a dispenser with water facing into the portal (thats activated by pressure plate) so it directly replaces the portal block and updates the rest
If I were you I would taint Sundee's base, or Crainer's. If you do it to Crainer, you can put a sheep in the taint and name him Alfred, making the sheep attack Crainer. Sundee and Crainer did use Thaumcraft, yet are not very good with it, they will most likely move.
Jordan knows how to use thaumcraft, would either make silver wood saplings using the skyblock tab or make blooms, Sundee and Crainer on the other hand...

JORDAN YOU CAN DESTROY THE PORTAL WITH WATER. Jordan, you can easily rig up the portal. When Crainer travels through the portal, block off one side, forcing him in one direction. Then rig up secret pressure plates that lead to an autonomous activator that will right click a water bucket right in the portal.
Hyper Gamer Z33N was trying to make the volcano look like a real volcano with lava but SSundee thought Z33N was the one who put lava in his house but it was really Jordan. Since SSundee thought it was Z33N he trolled him by using water to turn the lava into obsidian to get Z33N back.
Remember when you did ender portal trolls in Mianite S2? Why don't you try that except with the portal blocks from AoA? (P.S. Use the cardboard box to do that, matter transporter isn't in the game.)
I think there may be a command block loop running somewhere to spawn Zombie Pigmen in your house. Here's my evidence: 1) Naturally spawning mobs spawn directly on the block beneath them. Custom-spawned mobs may spawn on top of an air block as seen at 19:54 if the command uses the coordinates of the air block above the ground. 2) Zombie Pigmen ONLY spawn on the obsidian beneath a lit Nether portal. The mob spawned at 19:54 spawned outside the doors, which simply doesn't happen without the use of commands. See the Minecraft wiki for more details.
Sparklez not trying to be rude or criticize your way of doing this series but I just think you should continue with doing some achievements so you can get more points.
A portal is a natural pigmen spawner. The pigmen who had equipment before actually spawned in the nether and came through the portal (since the nether was chunkloaded). Now they're just naturally spawning from your portal so they don't have armor.
Captain Sparkles, you should tp Crainer to a place that is surrounded with chance cubes so if he wants to get out he will possibly die by breaking the chance cubes
I wouldn't be suprised if he mixed them up, maybe something like him attempting to setup a kill trap for alfred v2, killing him. then he starts to see alfred everywhere
Sparkz, water does actually break the portal blocks. You need to place the water on the same block the actual portal block is on. Not make water flow into it like you did but gl getting out of the dimension, Maybe hide a back up portal in the dimension to leave.
I don't know why, or if it's just me, but it feels like in the past few months Jordan just hasn't been as upbeat and happy in his videos. Like if you take a look at his videos from around 10 months ago, for me, they seem to be more entertaining because he is just more happy and upbeat in those, where as nowadays he just seems more serious. Maybe it's just me though.
Zombie-Pigman issue: It's simple Jordan, the Pigmen go through the Portal, and in fact they have no space to spawn in, they get pushed one block further (infront of the door instead of behind) how you could fix it though is by putting the doors 1 block further in the front, that should fix it

The pigmen are coming from the portal. I'm pretty sure its because you have a one block high part of your ME system right next to the nether portal, so they're jumping over that, or, the doors aren't much of a help so they go through the portal and end up automatically in your base.
Hey spooklez…just use redstone to make a portal that you can turn on and off with a switch. I always hated the sound the portal makes so one day I decided to do something about it. I'm not very good with redstone but I figured a way to have two dispensers behind it that dispense flint and steel to light and a water bucket to turn it off. You just gotta wire it up so that the water bucket is quickly removed so it doesn't spill everywhere. Google it, it's easy.
dood the pigmen spawn because the doors hit box is actually a whole block which pushes the pigmen to spawn into your base instead of spawning between the doors and the portal. Solution: move the doors one block forward but place them when you are facing away from the portal which will make them on the close edge of the block and you won't have to move the diamond blocks.
I think the reason pigmen spawn there is it's one of the few blocks that aren't as well lit as the others. If there's a mob spawner anywhere near there, they'll try to spawn in the dark areas only. Hunting it down might be a trick though.
the pitman come through the portal and spawn in the other side of the doors and they despawned when you went through you portal because it was the portal to the original area which was more than 180 blocks away from the pigmen (also your house) which caused them to instantly despawn so when you came back they were no longer there.
You should check if you have the Storage Drawers mod installed in your modpack... you can use the compression drawers to autocraft many of your resources into nuggets, ingots, and blocks (like gold, iron, enderium, yellorium, etc) as well as compress, double compress, triple compress, quad, etc your cobble, dirt, sand, and gravel! The best part is they can be networked into your ME system, so you can still just use the ME terminal like you normally would!
Captain Sparkelz change the dye on the laser drill ender chests to blue, purple, blue because otherwise you are still giving the items to sundee (he made the drill troll). Also Ssundee put the signs there saying that he expanded your house and is letting you use his machines for 2 achievements.
You should set either Crainer or Ian to adventure mode and make a puzzle that requires the Portal Gun to escape. Add a cake at the end as a clever yet unsatisfying reward.
Jardon you put the lock on the ender chests, but you didn't change the color to reroute it to your ender chests. You basically just made it so Ian can't open them, but the items are still going to him.

Ok... Let's get this straight. The reason Jordan's arrows aren't as good as the ones in Mianite is due to Iguana Tinker Tweaks. However, had he known how to use the modifiers properly he would have been able to make it so that it 2-hit kills the Ender dragon (have done it myself already but got lucky with the extra modifiers). Also, the reason why Manyullyn is such a good material to make your arrows out of is due to its high(ish) durability and amazing damage. Even though Enderium and Signalum do more damage, they don't fly as fast and as far and have a higher break chance. Having looked at all three perspectives throughout the whole series I have been able to get a basic Idea of which "main" mods the pack has. In the packs current state (as far as I remember at least) Draconic Evolution is in it. What he could have done to make his arrows better is to make them out of awakened draconium (using an awakened core in the part builder) and also used a jagged slime fletching (not sure if they are available due to custom generation). This combination would have made it a insta-kill on the wither (with enough luck from the Iguana modifiers). This is my help for the day, hope it helped and leave any questions below
Given the trolls that have been hidden in them - why is sparkles keeping things easy for the other guys to hide things by NOT vein mining out the dirt in his walls and the extra layers of diamond outside? Maybe even get some glass for his walls, and that he can see his machine tubes through. Make them work for it at least :)
All you have to do is move the doors forward one block. Easy. You see, the doors are in the block directly in front of the portal, so they can't spawn behind the doors. Just move them to the spot just in front of the blocks they are on to enclose them.
The reason you are getting zombie pigman is because they are spawning in the "Earth" realm from the Nether, and when they spawn on "Earth" they spawn one block forward, making them go through the doors.
Captain Sparlez, Crainer has been filling up your chests through the ender chest used to siphon his materials. Also, Crainer must be taking Diamonds from your system or there is a trash can underneath your farming station, which the farming station is pumping into.
The pigmen are from your neather portal, they spawn up to 2 blocks away from the portal frame. The one bringing them in is you... To fix it sink the portal frame 1 more further into the wall and block off the other end.
The pigmen are spawning in your base because the two doors are too close to the portal so they bug through. Move the doors 1 block away from the portal.

Zombie Pigman spawning there because they have no where else to spawn. I'm assuming they don't spawn in the portal blocks (though I thought they did) but since there's a door there, they can spawn on that door, so they move to the next available spot.
For a troll you should get some nether ores and put it in someone's house (and make it noticeable) and when they go to mine it pigment spawn or drop on their heads trying to kill them.
Troll: Fill a house up with invisible pig men and have note blocks with a rapid sounds so they can't hear. Then eventually they will punch anddddd death.

He also didn't notice that the laser drills are actually broken. Either Ssundee doesn't know how to use laser drills, or thought he didn't need to set them up right for them to eat power. Well, you do...so his troll is an utter failure since it is barely drawing any power with only one pre-charger actually functioning for each laser, but it also works stupidly slow like that so it's basically utterly useless for anything. It won't matter if he fixes the chests if he doesn't fix the laser drills themselves so they actually work. I wonder if the ones in Crainer's base are also broken. GG Ssundee (X33N will probably notice this and tell him he did it wrong, prepare for another X33N tutorial)

Captain Sparklez, the reason pigmen keep spawning inside your base is because the door isn't a full block. That means that they can spawn inside the door an roam throughout your base. You can fix this by moving the door one more block forward.
There's an achievement where you kill one of the others and claim it was an accident, if you replace Crainer's elevators by replacing them with secret pressure plates, he's sure to step on it, then put him in adventure mode in an obsidian box filled with water, and it'll take him like 5 minutes to drown because of his armor, then place a sign down at the bottom of the room (it has to be the bottom or else he could use it as an air bubble) that says "Oopsie Daises"

They are spawning infront of the neather portal as their spawn (as they would NORMALLY spawn next to the gate) is blocked...by doors. Also, when you getting into da magic and stuffs?
if a pigman spawns into your house, it's cause of your portal. Mobs can go into your portal while your online. Therefore the mob will spawn.
The doors are ghost blocks.
I just tested, ghost blocks can't mimic wooden doors, they just turn into stone blocks

To remove the pigmen, just move your barricade around the portal a few blocks out more. Then when they spawn they will be confined as you can see that they spawn just outside the portal.
Dear Spooklez, just so you don't flip out even more, pigmen spawn 1-2 blocks AWAY from the nether portal, not in it. They would get sent back straight away then.

Jordan just so you know if you wish to travel between dimensions there is a way with Draconic Evolution. If you have the mod installed then what you want is the Enhanced Charm of Dislocation. This will allow you to teleport even across dimensions with the simple use of ender pearls that you have 10 million of. It will also allow you to teleport with a simple right click so trap trolls would be a thing of the past.
you can use a dispenser with water facing into the portal (thats activated by pressure plate) so it directly replaces the portal block and updates the rest
If I were you I would taint Sundee's base, or Crainer's. If you do it to Crainer, you can put a sheep in the taint and name him Alfred, making the sheep attack Crainer. Sundee and Crainer did use Thaumcraft, yet are not very good with it, they will most likely move.
You can taint there base by filling up a crucible with various items.
Or just using bottled taint.
That's not a good idea, taint ignores the Y axis, so once the taint spreads under Jordan's base, well, you know what will happen.
Jordan knows how to use thaumcraft, would either make silver wood saplings using the skyblock tab or make blooms, Sundee and Crainer on the other hand...

JORDAN YOU CAN DESTROY THE PORTAL WITH WATER. Jordan, you can easily rig up the portal. When Crainer travels through the portal, block off one side, forcing him in one direction. Then rig up secret pressure plates that lead to an autonomous activator that will right click a water bucket right in the portal.

Hyper Gamer Z33N was trying to make the volcano look like a real volcano with lava but SSundee thought Z33N was the one who put lava in his house but it was really Jordan. Since SSundee thought it was Z33N he trolled him by using water to turn the lava into obsidian to get Z33N back.

Remember when you did ender portal trolls in Mianite S2? Why don't you try that except with the portal blocks from AoA? (P.S. Use the cardboard box to do that, matter transporter isn't in the game.)
Yeah he could use autonomous activators that pick up all the portal blocks. Then, have TNT fire that blow up the activators.
Jordan, you can see at 2:50 that a pigman spawns outside of the doors. You just have to move the doors further away from the portal.
I think there may be a command block loop running somewhere to spawn Zombie Pigmen in your house. Here's my evidence:
1) Naturally spawning mobs spawn directly on the block beneath them. Custom-spawned mobs may spawn on top of an air block as seen at 19:54 if the command uses the coordinates of the air block above the ground.
2) Zombie Pigmen ONLY spawn on the obsidian beneath a lit Nether portal. The mob spawned at 19:54 spawned outside the doors, which simply doesn't happen without the use of commands.

A portal is a natural pigmen spawner. The pigmen who had equipment before actually spawned in the nether and came through the portal (since the nether was chunkloaded). Now they're just naturally spawning from your portal so they don't have armor.
Captain Sparkles, you should tp Crainer to a place that is surrounded with chance cubes so if he wants to get out he will possibly die by breaking the chance cubes

Sparkz, water does actually break the portal blocks. You need to place the water on the same block the actual portal block is on. Not make water flow into it like you did but gl getting out of the dimension, Maybe hide a back up portal in the dimension to leave.
Jordan, for a multitude of reasons, move your base out of the volcano just in case, I don't want an "jardon you fool" moment when your base is rekt

Like if you take a look at his videos from around 10 months ago, for me, they seem to be more entertaining because he is just more happy and upbeat in those, where as nowadays he just seems more serious.

Zombie-Pigman issue:
It's simple Jordan, the Pigmen go through the Portal, and in fact they have no space to spawn in, they get pushed one block further (infront of the door instead of behind)
how you could fix it though is by putting the doors 1 block further in the front, that should fix it

You should check your entire energy system every once in awhile to make sure there isnt any syphoning or deleting of items- just to be safe

The pigmen are coming from the portal. I'm pretty sure its because you have a one block high part of your ME system right next to the nether portal, so they're jumping over that, or, the doors aren't much of a help so they go through the portal and end up automatically in your base.

Hey spooklez…just use redstone to make a portal that you can turn on and off with a switch. I always hated the sound the portal makes so one day I decided to do something about it. I'm not very good with redstone but I figured a way to have two dispensers behind it that dispense flint and steel to light and a water bucket to turn it off. You just gotta wire it up so that the water bucket is quickly removed so it doesn't spill everywhere. Google it, it's easy.
dood the pigmen spawn because the doors hit box is actually a whole block which pushes the pigmen to spawn into your base instead of spawning between the doors and the portal. Solution: move the doors one block forward but place them when you are facing away from the portal which will make them on the close edge of the block and you won't have to move the diamond blocks.
I think the reason pigmen spawn there is it's one of the few blocks that aren't as well lit as the others. If there's a mob spawner anywhere near there, they'll try to spawn in the dark areas only. Hunting it down might be a trick though.

the pitman come through the portal and spawn in the other side of the doors and they despawned when you went through you portal because it was the portal to the original area which was more than 180 blocks away from the pigmen (also your house) which caused them to instantly despawn so when you came back they were no longer there.
You should check if you have the Storage Drawers mod installed in your modpack... you can use the compression drawers to autocraft many of your resources into nuggets, ingots, and blocks (like gold, iron, enderium, yellorium, etc) as well as compress, double compress, triple compress, quad, etc your cobble, dirt, sand, and gravel! The best part is they can be networked into your ME system, so you can still just use the ME terminal like you normally would!
Captain Sparkelz change the dye on the laser drill ender chests to blue, purple, blue because otherwise you are still giving the items to sundee (he made the drill troll). Also Ssundee put the signs there saying that he expanded your house and is letting you use his machines for 2 achievements.

You should set either Crainer or Ian to adventure mode and make a puzzle that requires the Portal Gun to escape. Add a cake at the end as a clever yet unsatisfying reward.
Jardon you put the lock on the ender chests, but you didn't change the color to reroute it to your ender chests. You basically just made it so Ian can't open them, but the items are still going to him.

Ok... Let's get this straight. The reason Jordan's arrows aren't as good as the ones in Mianite is due to Iguana Tinker Tweaks. However, had he known how to use the modifiers properly he would have been able to make it so that it 2-hit kills the Ender dragon (have done it myself already but got lucky with the extra modifiers). Also, the reason why Manyullyn is such a good material to make your arrows out of is due to its high(ish) durability and amazing damage. Even though Enderium and Signalum do more damage, they don't fly as fast and as far and have a higher break chance. Having looked at all three perspectives throughout the whole series I have been able to get a basic Idea of which "main" mods the pack has. In the packs current state (as far as I remember at least) Draconic Evolution is in it. What he could have done to make his arrows better is to make them out of awakened draconium (using an awakened core in the part builder) and also used a jagged slime fletching (not sure if they are available due to custom generation). This combination would have made it a insta-kill on the wither (with enough luck from the Iguana modifiers). This is my help for the day, hope it helped and leave any questions below
Given the trolls that have been hidden in them - why is sparkles keeping things easy for the other guys to hide things by NOT vein mining out the dirt in his walls and the extra layers of diamond outside? Maybe even get some glass for his walls, and that he can see his machine tubes through. Make them work for it at least :)

All you have to do is move the doors forward one block. Easy. You see, the doors are in the block directly in front of the portal, so they can't spawn behind the doors. Just move them to the spot just in front of the blocks they are on to enclose them.
The reason you are getting zombie pigman is because they are spawning in the "Earth" realm from the Nether, and when they spawn on "Earth" they spawn one block forward, making them go through the doors.
Captain Sparlez, Crainer has been filling up your chests through the ender chest used to siphon his materials. Also, Crainer must be taking Diamonds from your system or there is a trash can underneath your farming station, which the farming station is pumping into.
The pigmen are from your neather portal, they spawn up to 2 blocks away from the portal frame. The one bringing them in is you... To fix it sink the portal frame 1 more further into the wall and block off the other end.
The pigmen are spawning in your base because the two doors are too close to the portal so they bug through. Move the doors 1 block away from the portal.
why pig men keep appearing is because when a chunk is reloaded near an ender portal, pigment spawn in an area around the portal. a suggestion is to make a portal room
IDEA: Fill every other block with obsidian and every other with concrete, itll look cooler and be super painful to remove.
use a dispenser to place the water on the top block of the portal. That works for a nether portal.
Pretty sure the water-bucket-break-the-portal thing was that you're supposed to use a dispenser to place the water block.
Also, nether portals just spawn zombie pigmen. They're not actually coming through the portal.
Captain Sparklez u have to make more room around the portal then place a block to protect it. This will prevent the pigmens from spawning in your base anymore. Try it's!
Zombie Pigman spawning there because they have no where else to spawn. I'm assuming they don't spawn in the portal blocks (though I thought they did) but since there's a door there, they can spawn on that door, so they move to the next available spot.
Sparklez, use the ships helm and move your house outside the volcano so if the volcano erupts you can be safe :D

My idea: Put a sign telling Crainer to check out his nether portal, and do the creeper dimension troll, but only put him in a warded room instead.
For a troll you should get some nether ores and put it in someone's house (and make it noticeable) and when they go to mine it pigment spawn or drop on their heads trying to kill them.
You need to place water inside the portal block itself to break it, not next to the portal block. This also works for vanilla nether portals.
