Hi Janet.. I’m really enjoying your videos. I am a long time amateur western astrologer and really enjoy learning other types too. I was following along looking at my chart and I see a good amount of DE listed in mine. I’m at the end of my 30 luck cycle and in the earthly branch of my 40 luck cycle I have DE listed. I also have it in quite a few other places. I couldn’t find it listed anywhere and was wondering what it means?
Great to hear that you're enjoying my videos! DE represents Death and Emptiness but don't be taken aback with the terminology. It simply means a void at that period in one's life. People who have DE within their charts will usually question about life and their life purpose, and in today's environment a lot will be seeking spiritual guidance to look for life's purpose. Once purpose is identified with steps taken towards it, this void will be filled.
@@janetyung9 Thank you Janet! Interesting.. it does make sense in general though I'm not particularly excited about the two in my Luck Pillars it does seem correct. I have one in the heavenly stem of the year and hour chart and I have one each in the earthly branch of my next two Luck Pillars. You mentioned in the video that the top part of the luck pillar is usually the first 5 years, but didn't mention how many years the following two lasted? The meaning of DE is basically my entire life LOL... I was hoping that might end at some point, but maybe not considering it's coming up in the next luck pillars and it's in my main chart. Always the seeker never the finder I suppose ;)

For example, IW would approach entrepreneurship through having goals and KPI, while DO will approach entrepreneurship with a proper structure?
Yes, it's just different types of business and the risk you're willing to take. For a DO or DW, it'll likely that you'll have to keep your existing source of stable income while starting another side gig or new revenue source.
