Coach, do you think that emotional readiness has always to be a prerequisite to begin an weight loss effort(or any other goal in general)? I mean that sometimes people never feel emotional ready to move towards a goal, because they say that they don't feel ready and they go back in negative actions and negative emotional loops. Is sometimes better to start even if you are not emotional ready and have in mind that you will "become" ready after, by doing the process along the way?
Both things can be true AG - it depends on the person and the situation - but far too many people just never explore the element of emotional readiness at all, so they end up thinking some other missing ingredient is at fault and they start chasing more data and false solutions as a result
