I have been in Real Estate for over 3 years and all ive joined is teams, blindly chile! I have been able to see experience with no real systems or leadership… systems with no real leadership or experience.. and being a solo agent with no real guidance or motivation.
Teams are beautiful yet definitely go somewhere where you are respected and respectt the person in charge. Somewhere your spirit has the opportunity to thrive
