Just something to know that I found the key because I don’t really work on cars this is really the first thing to have ever done, make sure the white locking mechanism is in the closed position, which is all the way to the right when putting the metal rod back into it. I think at least lol I think that’s why I finally got it to work.

Very good video really help me a lot, I when’s to the Dealer with the P/N and got change the back trim was a little challenge to install but other than that was really instructional thank you, get another on how to replace the transmission oil, other than that thank you very much
Is there a fuse associated with this latch that I can make sure is working?... I'll look around for that answer... This looks like an excellent video - Tahnk you!

Do you have the part number for the hatch lock part? I think the gentleman mentioned the lock assembly and then then the actuator which you provided the part number.

I just started having issues with my 2011 Pilot. Their rear hatch window will unlock on its own.[indicator on dash will light up] Seems to happen more frequently, after it rains. The button appears to work as it should. If I have my alarm set, when it opens, the alarm will go off. Sometimes the lock keeps trying to open, I can hear it continuously. Is this something I can fix? Or Dealer? Thx
Para el vidrio trasero cundo no sierre solo tienes que checar el suich por continuidad cundo ases pres manual mente sierra tu vidrio trasero para descartar que sea la Serra dura. Si manual mente sierra por seguro es tu actuedor se rompen muy fácil del mecanismo y pierden el contacto .

Can you explain checking it’s getting power. I replaced actuator but it still does not work. Locking mechanism is good.
Question...how do you know if it's the latch assembly versus the actuator??? Any way to test it?

My Pilot has a switch to close the Door be careful when you remove this cup handle to close the door if you have one
