The problem is many people will still not have the awareness of their body to watch out for something like hyperlordosis, anterior shoulder glide, etc. To truly avoid form issues and coach the corrections, the "whys" become a lot more important. Cressey is a professional coach first and foremost, so that's why his videos are less in a pop fitness styling.

So much talking. I'd like to see lots of good movements and less explanation. Seeing is more helpful for me and I think many others.

it's not even correct? Look at his upper back. It's totally rounded. And the head should be way more back.
