No doubt If it’s a biological accident, it’s a very bad accident. Pancreatic cancer is a silent killer with minimal or no symptoms and jaundice is on the quiet. Surgeons have gone to the limit of their expertise towards loco-regional clearance by vascular resection and multi-visceral resection in locally advanced disease. Med oncologist have tried their imaginations with various combinations of chemo or chemo radiation but only with modest benefit. The only curative or potentially curative option is radical surgery at an early stage.
