Keane was a hell of a player. I think because he was so no nonsense and competitive, a lot of people have forgotten just how excellent he was in terms of ability.
What a player this guy was,all the talk about the English trio but Keane was the best of the lot and as a Liverpool fan Gerrard was the next best and he agreed himself and imho I'd have loved to have Keane and Gerrard in our midfield because i truly believe with Keane we'd have won 3/4 premier leagues.

It's a pity the present united team haven't got the ability and passion and determination of Roy Keane .
