    it's impressive how they can recall at the end, all the exact rolls and plays from the games they played earlier in the match.

    One of the best matches I've seen in a while. Although this last video may become known as the "Dr. Slow" video.

      Sorry, you could play the video in 2x speed or 1.5 x speed if you wish. you tube has a setting for that - at least for PC user. not sure for smart phone users. Anyway thank you for the watching

      Haha, no the play speed was fine. It was part of a very loud conversation in the background. I love you epic matches!

    Hi Mochy, I was wondering why you play the aggressive 13/11, 6/5 as an opening move even at Gammon Save? Is it just because you want to complicate the game for your opponent as much as possible? Even against a strong player such as Akiko? See 7:50 for the example.
    Thank you for your videos -- I watch as many as I can. If you ever release any books in English, I would be very interested in reading them.

      I believe 21 slot is just a stronger play regardless of the score. It really doesn't matter who I play. Why you think it as "aggressive"? because it leaves a direct shot? However she has no board at all and even if I got hit most likely I would have a high anchor.

      Thanks for the reply :) I guess I generally consider leaving a direct shot to be aggressive, yeah. I know that this play often encourages a blot-hitting competition, which I figured one would want to avoid at Gammon Save. Extreme Gammon does classify it as a small error at this score; however, I like to hear the rationale that the pros (like yourself) make for their plays when they intentionally play differently from the bots.

      I suppose it's not exactly Gammon Save at this score anyway, even if being gammoned is bad.

    Was this match played without the Crawford Rule? Akiko uses the doubling cube when she is down 8-14.

      First game in this video is the Crawford game with Mochy leading 14-7.

      RonViking, I didn't get it. Why did she use the doubling cube?

      Artemiy Ragimov Mochy is a point away from winning.

    players should alway have their own dices. When the player pick up the dices means that he/her is finised
    Edit: did not see the clock

    • @bgmochy
      @bgmochy  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ok, nowadays most tournaments except some US tournaments are clocked (mandatory). I like to use clock even if it is not mandatory.
