How to build Custom LEGO Batman 89 Harvey Dent Minifigure

Today I’m making a custom Billy Dee Williams Harvey Dent figure in honor of his appearance in Batman ‘89 and his return to Two-Face in the Lego Batman Movie.
The parts I used for this build were:
Grail Guardian Torso: 973pb0599c01
Legs: 970c00 Dark Bluish Gray
Hands: 983 Reddish Brown
Lando Head: 3626bpb0749
Bumpy hair: 21778 Black
or
Slicked back hair: 92081 Black
