I've been to 888 Kbbq and also would recommend it. I was there on a weekday late afternoon around 2p so they weren't busy, I had no problem getting orders in. However, I prefer their other location 888 Japanese bbq better, with more Japanese style options.

Just realize if you are Solo there are many AYCE in Chinatown that doesn't allow Solo dining. Not completely sure which ones, but they do exist.

The closest one is from the Cosmopolitan is Gen korean BBQ at the Planet Hollywoods Miracle Mile Shops. It’s across the street from the Cosmopolitan.
