or u can Slow it down first if u have shot the video in Higher fps without using optical flow, Then nest and stabilize
and we can also interpret footage if the shot is in higher fps, then we can easily stabilize the footage

For the last tip with black bars, its better to export the video in a 21:9 aspect ratio instead of adding bars if you want bars for the whole video.

@@stoegex Yes it will. Ofc only if u watch on a 16:9 device. Its better in every way, I have a 21:9 screen and 16:9 video always has the bars left and right which is awful.
