It's all about the drive... And, if the journey can be done again, but faster - then all the better.

Thanks - A great video about the most beautiful car ever built, in my humble opinion. Pablo Picasso had one, he always had an eye for beautiful women.

It is a beautiful design that I loved at first glance.

I have the 1575 version of this motor/gearbox in a 1957 Lotus XI replica. Agree completely with the comment that it punches above its weight. And that Alfa sound!

My favorit car, a shame that TH-cam has a few videos like this. Congratulations!

To whom shall I address my complaint about the lack of driving gloves?
    Another fantastic episode. Bravo.

These cars were direct competitors for the Porsche 356 and were more expensive than jags at the time. They also only got more pricey with cars like the ss, sv, and sz. These were not so moderately priced but more ppl could afford them than say the aristocracy of europe or the ultra rich for the 1900 series. Alfa then was where maserati is now.

I’ve got a slide somewhere and I’m sure there is one of these in the photo. My grandparents did a European holiday in 1959. The photo has the Swiss Alps in the background...,I think.
