  • In this episode of Insight, host Kumi Taguchi hears from adults navigating the life-shaping consequences of living with ADHD.
For some people, being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult was the best thing to happen to them. They were able to understand their own behaviour better, and better navigate their lives moving forward.
Kumi speaks to Lizette, who struggled to get her diagnosis recognised and now manages it using a holistic approach including exercise and medication. Other guests include Andy who struggled in his career due to ADHD but now owns his own business, Kate who tried managing her ADHD with medication but decided it wasn't for her and Carrie who felt a sense of relief and visibility after being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
