GA is better cause you don’t pay tuition and get stipends also. 75% scholarship you’ll have to work to pay the balance and also your upkeep. However, if that’s your only choice you could consider taking it.

Does the GA schedule not clash with your own class schedule ?
No. You are assigned a GA professor in alignment with your classes.

Usually 1st Class / 2.1 considered but you can still give it a shot. No harm in trying

Besides GAs, campus jobs don't come with waivers. Just your pay for the job.
