Thanks Sherri for all the ideas! I saw Marion’s video too and I purchased a pancake maker. I found a larger version (new, at a thrift store) and am so excited to try it out! I especially like how the sentiments turned out! It’s so fun to share ideas!!
Thank you so much 💕 have fun with your lucky find at the thrift store! Marion started this 😂 but so glad she shared too! Enjoy you mini oven and craft away 💕
Awesome tutorial! I ordered the mini "melt" from Walmart and it should arrive tomorrow! Such a great idea to use it for shrinky dinks and melting embossing powder! Never thought to use this little appliance this way. But I have melted clear embossing powder to create embellishments, but by using my heat gun. Thanks for sharing. Subscribed and looking forward to your future videos!
I saw Marion’s video too and added a mini pancake maker to my cart I just haven’t bought it yet I will very soon! This is gonna be SO much fun with my large collection of various embossing powders and embossing glazes
I know! And it’s perfect for shrinky dinks the circle is 4inches that’s what I cut the parchment paper fits perfectly. Diamond press nesting circles the largest one is the one I used
Wow! Everything is just fabulous! I watched Marion’s video also & immediately ordered mine from Amazon! (I don’t have a car, so I really rely on Amazon for so many things!) I haven’t used mine yet, but I may have to clear off my desk & give it a try! You sounded like you were enjoying it, those little bees & words are so cute! When I flipped the one piece it took off the plastic off and I had to add more powder to make my work look like glass. It’s a good idea to. Thanks for your feedback 💕

Try putting one of your little round parchment paper on the top. I do that in my regular toaster oven. I use a folded piece of parchment paper. Great idea. Can’t wait to get one.
I'm mesmerized by this pancake cooker and what all can be done craft-wise with it! So fun! I'm guessing that when you close the lid on your mini melt, it doesn't touch the surface of the embellishments. Is that correct?
That’s correct don’t touch the surface. I’ve noticed that the shrink film does so much better than my heat gun. No little hole where holding with tweezers. I’m uploading a mini bonnet that I made with my pancake maker check it out. Thank you.💕
@@Sherribe what a neat tool! I have been saving plastic food containers to try shrink dink, but with a heat gun. I would much prefer a mini melt instead, though.
