I’m having the same issue, b18c1 bottom b16head previous owner said it’s chipped p28 ecu. It was starting up frond before had it for 2 years now took it to the canyons a couple time and after that it started having the no prime issue. Has a new fuel pump idk what else to do has a new main relay I did look at the ecu wires but they look different, checked the fuses and they don’t seem blown. I’m tired of this shit lol
