    Great video, packed with information!
What is your opinion on consuming fish? On the one hand it is rich in omega-3, but on the other hand it may be contaminated with toxic substances from the polluted ocean… Thank you in advance for your answer!

I don’t consume fish for a variety of reasons. Part of why I am plant based is to try and limit the suffering of any animals (including fish). The toll that fishing takes on the planet is concerning for me. Like you mentioned the toxins are something to considered. The benefits from fish can be found in plant based foods and/or supplements.

Thank you, and I agree with you. I was eating plantbased when I got the diagnosis. Then people told me to consume fish for omega 3 etc, but I feel like there are good plant based alternatives 💕

@@laurarosanne yes! There are other sources of omega 3s. Check out the video I did on it. Omega 3s and MS - Why They are Important

It’s more important what we SHOULD NOT EAT It’s easier to take away the non nutritious foods from what we ingest then to try to add in an entire new way Eat less empty foods or at least mindfully try not to

Excellent point Myrna! Removing the non nutritious foods is also key! Being mindful of what we consume is important.
