Great video!!! You earned a subscriber. Quick question I changed the oil on the left fork to replace it with a heavier one, and all I was able to take out was about 260 ml or so, and I was only able to put back 260 ml before it maxed out...Im probably doing something wrong, how where you able to put 460 ml of oil on your left fork? It maxxed out with the top tube collapsed a 260ml do I keep filling it up and extend the top tube until I get the whole 460-550 ml of oil?
Good Afternoon and thanks for checking out our channel! Yep this lowers the whole bike frame so what we take away in the suspension lowers the skid plate as well! Enjoy the ride, Jared
If you need to have the Xtrainer lowered, start with a Seat Concepts LOW "OE width" seat first.. This gives about 1 inch of lowering. Then decide if lowering the suspension will benefit the rider. I Run the Tubeliss 2 system and low 6psi rear and 10-12 psi front pressures and it lowers the bike a bit too. The tires squish more. I also have a one inch reduced travel Factory Beta shock. I raised my fork tubes almost 30mm in the triples (maxed out), I have bar risers. It allows me to get a leg over (28 inch inseam). And I can get a foot planted any time, except when there's a hole under my boot.
@@ow-my-achilles1106 We did the Kobel rear link, Seat Concepts wide seat and adjusted the triple clamp on my 2022 300rr. It’s just about perfect now for my 29 inch inseam and about 185 lb (includes gear) older rider.
Can you notice much of a difference in the handling with the 1" factory lowering kit? I'd like to lower my 300rr an inch but don't want to cause any major negative handling to the bike. Thanks
How much lower would the seat height go once the sag settings are dialed in? I'm only 5'6 and struggle to reach the ground on most dirt bikes, would love a nice low weight lowered xtrainer but worried I'm too short
Good Morning, thanks for checking out our channel! I have a few used bikes here in the show room and they all seem to be about an inch lower than the brand new bikes next to them. Enjoy the ride, Jared
I know you replace the fork spring, kick stand and the rear shock spring on the Xtrainer. Do you replace all the parts when you do it to the 200 race edition too.
Good Morning, I am 6'5" so lowering a bike for me is not necessary but not everyone has the luck in the height department. This gives the customer unchanged geometry and the ability to go ride all the trails they desire. We sell a TON of lowering kits not only for the XTrainer but also for the other Beta Models. The cool thing is that nothing done is permanent so if the next owner wants to return it to normal height it can easily be done! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Is there anyway to go lower than 2" ? I was really hoping to get my xtrainer down to as close to 32-33" as possible and was disappointed by the end of this video after seeing the 2" lowering kit only brought it down to right under 35" (seeing that they list it at 35.8" on the specs). Wondering if you have done the lower seat in combination with this 2" lowering kit and what the end height was?
Good Morning! Thanks for checking out our channel! Yes it is required to remove fluid from the forks when installing the lowering kit. Stock shows 500cc of fluid and a 1" lowering kit shows 475cc's and a 2" lowering kit shows 450cc's of fluid. The directions to the kit are here: betausa.com/content/SUPPORT_PDF's/AB-41104%2041103%20XTrainer%20Lowering%20Instructions.pdf
Good Morning! You sure can! We are on East Coast Time, with hours M-F 10am-6pm & Sat 9am-4pm. Shop phone number is (716) 753-2628. We would love to work with you!
Jared, I want to thank you again for the assistance lowering my BETA! At 65 my balance isn’t what it used to be. The parts showed up quickly and between your videos and help locating the necessary instructions … it process was a breeze. Thanks again my friend and I couldn’t be happier with 3SR support.

Awesome Job! Excellent detail.
Thank you very much! Enjoy the ride, Jared
Outstanding video, can you do lowering kit for standard 200RR
Nicely done! Are these the same 48mm Sach's shocks as come on the AJP PR7? I'm looking for a lowering kit for it..
Really enjoy the videos! Do you sip to Canada?
Good Evening! Thanks for checking out our channel, much appreciated. Unfortunately no we do not ship to Canada. Enjoy The Ride, Jared
Great Vid. Does the ground clearance become 1.5'' lower also? I am assuming yes.

@@ow-my-achilles1106 do you have the part number for that beta factory shock? It has a shorter spring or what?

If you have a Xtrainer with a lowering kit and low seat, I bet you would be almost flat footed.
BUY OEM BETA PARTS FROM JARED! Simple NO STRESS 🏁
We appreciate the support! Hopefully going to buy a sweet new camera for the channel soon! Enjoy the ride, Jared
I know you replace the fork spring, kick stand and the rear shock spring on the Xtrainer. Do you replace all the parts when you do it to the 200 race edition too.
Good Afternoon, yep it is very similar process no matter what Beta model you are lowering! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
Lot of trouble to lower a already low bike. Why not just slide the forks up in the tree and lower preload setting in the rear?

aftermarket lowered seat or shave down the factory seat yourself.
Is it truly necessary to drain right fork fluid to some lower amount if using 1" shorter fork kit?
