There's a very simple fix for the plugger problem. Give them a credit score, and only let them match with the limited player pool of other low score pluggers. Maybe start them with a severe deficit upon entry into the penalized pool so that no one can just teeter between the lines. This would also serve as a deterrent for future violations, as it would be hard work getting out of those crap brackets. I guess give them a monthly boost as well, so that in the case the pool is too small, they can still have a chance to get back to normal population by waiting it out, however many months that might be 🤷🏿♂️
