When I go on GTA and GTA only when I remove my earbuds the game crashes could you possibly try to fix that (PS5 btw)

This vid is a load of rubbish I have 1gb down and 1gb up mw3 lags every lobby on multiplayer zombies is fine no lag but the multplayer side lags every game it's unplayable nothing to do with the Internet connection mw3 servers are just trash
