I remember hanging out at my grandmothers and then going home afterwards to watch this on TV. My grandmother passed in July. I like that when I view this game I can also remember the fun day i had prior to it.
I remember watching this with my dad and older brother and when the white Sox were down 1 going into bottom of the ninth I had no idea Anderson was the third batter and I said going into it Anderson would hit a walk off homerun, and I couldn’t believe I called it
I still remember tweeting after the Yankees home runs in the top of the 9th, "the White Sox are about to lose a game that they had no business losing three minutes ago, it really is 1919 all over again" 😂😂 OOPS.
This was so cool to see when they first did this, great thing mlb did. Absolutely loved the field of dreams game the first one, the last one wasn’t as special and the teams weren’t as good
What a difference 3 years makes chisox considered the leagues whipping boy now. Can all flip back in a year though so don’t be discouraged if you happen to be a fan of them
2:22/ Damn! Years later, and I still get goosebumps seeing those MLB players emerging from the cornfield.❤

OOPS.
This should be opening day game every year! Pick two different teams every year. Every player should get this experience at least once
Jackie with the walk off

They did another one? I don’t remember them doing another one after the first one?
Corny as hell
The world series should be played here every year! 1 bazillion a ticket

Build it they will come.
I love the end of the movie when Kevin Costner hits a dinger into the lights and they all explode.
😂
Fake ass shit
10:01 😂
RIP Eric Cooper 😢
Man it’s already been 3 years
Sad how this white Sox core never did a damn thing. This was their peak.
It’s crazy pat hoberg was home plate umpire
I miss those days where that stupid pitch clock wasn't on
Dramatic win for the White Sox
Legend
Ahh, before mlb went and took everything that made the field special with their ‘project heaven’ plan
They couldn't have scripted a better game at the field of dreams
I almost bought what mlb was trying to sell until I saw the geico advertisement signs and remembered it's all about the money....thx guys
That intro is so corny.
I see what you did there.
Cool, but disappointing that they built fences in the outfield and stuff. They just had to innovate something that didn't need innovating.
They have to keep the integrity of the game it still counts for the record.
If it goes over the fence, it's a home run. If it stays inside the fence, it's something else.
I reckon.
