Not sure if you read all your comments, but I have a suggestion for you to test in your decklist : switch makinos for Bigmom's stage
It really helps you in MU who dont want to hit you. It seems its not a good idea but give it a chance !

How often do you actually have kuzan stick and use cost red effect? I used to love kuzan but I took him out for more luffy pieces for counter. Only run one kingdom as well (was at 3) cause it’s bricky and almost thrown out to use luffy effect (as well as kuzan). I feel like once you get the pieces going you are rarely (if not on 4 don for curve) using kuzans

I like the concept of the deck, looks solid! I've been playing against an RP Luffy in my locals and Im having a hard time against the deck, especially when they keep changing the big drops. Any advice on how to approach the matchup?
