One of a tricky question,,,
While reading the passage it feels easy and durable
But when it comes question it's hard to solve ,, options were so close,,, trap in every question

the last question is too ambiguous , I think option D should be the answer because it is unrelated

sry to say this sir but i do think the answer for 4th question is option D cause if we wanna go with odd one out then we have to check the word with the context too and if we go with context i dont think option B will be a suitable answer

The answer that you see is an official one. It's actually a bit ambiguous as options are too close. The question setter has decided to make distinction between 'having scruples' & 'getting discouraged' . Scruples has more to do with your moral & ethical compass & discourage means losing confidence/enthusiasm. This level of distinction is too tough for most.
Also 'employment of certain craftsmen' is a valid inference for ' unassailable original ' . Again this is CR that's beyond most. Inference is something that's not stated but could be derived from the fact. If the work is to be preserved in its original state , you can infer that you will require some skilled people to do this task.
I think in it's pursuit of making the question difficult CAT has actually ended up making this one ambiguous..
